Here are some general guidelines in using Planet-Threadster message board. Administrators and moderators reserve the right to change these guidelines as they see fit.

1. Be sure to be on the right forum when starting a topic. For example, a topic about a story that appeared in ABS-CBN News Online’s National section should be discussed in the “National” forum. The same goes for other sections of the news site. Each section of the site has a corresponding forum in the message board. When posting a reaction to a news story that appeared in the news site, be sure to post the article in question or a link to the story you want to discuss.

2. Observe first before you create a topic. We advise members to read the topics within a forum first before posting one to avoid double threads on the same topic. Doing so will be considered flooding, an act that will be prohibited by the administrators and moderators of this board. Only registered members are allowed to create and reply to topics.

3. Text message format is not allowed. Refrain from using SMS text format when posting at forums. Administrators and moderators will be reprimanding violators of this rule, and repeated violation will result in a disabled account.

4. Do not stray away from the topic. We discourage off-topic discussions in the forum. All posts are required to be related to the topic.
