Stories and Art
Have something you wrote or drew that you want to show off? Here's the place to do it! It doesn't have to be anything based just on this world, either; just be sure to give everything a rating and if it's an [m] rated picture provide a link rather than just posting it.

Graphics Studios
Although at the moment we do not have any studios running, keep an eye on this forum, as that may change. Also, if you wish to open a studio where you want to graciously offer your graphics skills to the public, feel free to post a topic here saying so.

Kabukicho

Kabukicho is the entertainment and red light district in Shinjuku, Tokyo. It's taken on quite a surreal quality, nothing feeling quite real or if it's in a whole other world. Supposedly this is where the foxes of old legends meet, hiding amongst the yakuza and Triad societies.

Paraiso

Created by Shuuji but officially run by Fai, this is yet another front for the yakuza while being a host bar. Wives of rich men, hostess from neighboring hostess clubs, young men from the business world come here to sit, have someone pour their drinks, and even flirt with them. If one's not careful, they could wind up spending over six hundred dollars for one night of entertainment.

Detective Agency

On the outside, this is a seemingly normal detective agency. Once inside, however, one will discover that these individuals cater only to cases of a more supernatural bent and that not one of the employees are human. This brick building looks like it has seen better days and many of the areas within are boarded off and unused, for fear that they might collapse.

Ueno Park

One of the most famous parks in Japan, Uneo Park is a spacious public park and resides in the Taito-ku region of Tokyo. It contains three museums, two shrines, a concert hall and a zoo within its borders. It is famous for the yearly blooming of the cherry blossoms, which begins in late March and lasts until May. This park is popular with both tourists and residents and is always busy.

Temple

The temple isn't very big; not as fancy as some of the other temples in the city. This one is usually meant just for those that live in the neighborhood or are just passing through and wish to do a quick prayer. It's nothing that gets talked about heavily; it doesn't even have a name outside of 'the temple'.

Shade

Shade is a club that is busy twenty four hours, though it isn't always open to the public. No humans are allowed in, ever; the bouncers are there to stop them, capable of telling who's a demon and who's not. Inside is like any other club setting, except they all show some sign of their demon nature (a kitsune would use their ears and tail, a kappa might use their shell). Just beyond another door with a bouncer is the way to Shuuji's base of operations where only yakuza are allowed.

Racetrack

Both humans and the other creatures love to spend time at the local racetrack, laying down their hard-earned wages for a chance to have a horse of their choice win. It is a place for hardcore gamblers, people wanting a change of pace and horse lover's alike; something a little different from the daily grind. It is also a popular place for yakuza members to meet and discuss important business.

Fighting Ring

Run by Shuuji as another way to make money and to show the superiority of demons, this club actually allows humans to join. Unfortunately, they never know they're facing the supernatural. Magic abilities are allowed, though weapons aren't. Though most fights are one on one, there are allowed to be up to three against one. The fight only ends if the one of the fighters are dead or close to death.

The Underground Bar

Fashioned after an old pub, this is a nice place to sit down and get a drink or two with friends. Humans and other creatures alike use this establishment as a way of relaxing after a long day of work. Of course, like everywhere else, the underworld has its hand in this place as well; yakuza is not unheard of and the place is often filled with information sellers, so be careful what you say.

Ikebukuro

A commercial and entertainment district, there are many things available for a visitor to Ikebukuro. Containing the second busiest train/subway stations in Japan, Sunshine 60 (one of the tallest buildings in Japan), Otome Road (a shopping area for otaku products aimed at women) and its own pleasure district, Nishi-Ikebukuro (similar to Kabukicho), Ikebukuro is bustling part of the metropolis of Japan.

Gardens

Just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city lies ornately decorated and landscaped gardens; paths wind in and out of the trees and bushes and koi ponds are scattered within. It's the perfect place for someone to take a stroll through and relax after a hard day.

Hedo Misaki

Located on the northern part of the Okinawa Islands, this area is densely covered in hills and trees. There is little-to-no population here... anyone human, that is. Rumors of the extinct wolves that once roamed Japan still living in these forests plague the area and choruses of howls can often be heard if one travels near.

Located along Japan's Romantic Road, the Kusatsu Onsen is on of the most famous hot spring resorts in Japan. The water is said to aid in one's health and cure every illness. The Fuji Five Lakes is the area around the base of the famous Mt. Fuji. The area is a very popular place for tourists and is a great place to relax, as many options are open for someone to enjoy themselves. The area is well known for hiking, mountain climbing, fishing and sailing but also contains Fujikyu Highlands - an amusement park which features one of the world's highest roller coasters.

Sōunkyō

A scenic vacation point located in Hokkaido, this area is widely known for its onsens, hotels, waterfalls and stunning natural scenery. It is a favored spot for those seeking to get away from it all and for the more reclusive creatures, such as the Mujina.
