the home of the rich, and occasionally famous. this area of the island has the cleanest beaches, most prestigious golf courses, and the nicest parks. of course you can't forget about the country club or the streets teeming with socialites. to the people that reside in eastwood, status is everything. wallets are overflowing with green, and if those things don't describe you, well, you aren't welcome here.

westfield is the bustling, rapidly growing part of the island. home to the upper middle class, it can be said it’s the crown jewel of the island. the architecture is extremely modern, almost futuristic looking. the apartments here manage to be both clean and affordable, so it’s a fairly popular part of the island to live on. westfield also hosts the bridge linking st. anthony’s isle to the mainland.

courtland is the most family friendly place on the island. the streets here are lined with actual homes in place of apartment buildings. the sound of children playing in the streets at one of the many family friendly places often fills the air. this section of the island is home to the some of the better public schools of the island, so if you’re looking for somewhere to raise a family, this would definitely be the place to live.

you know those hipsters? the people that thrive on independant music, their non-mainstream fashion sense, the artists of the island, and the people that call local cafes their home? this is where they choose to live and hang out. this part of the island has a very vintagey feel. it might not be the most glamorous section of the city, and there is definitely a large group of barely legal citizens crammed into both apartments and houses alike, but there’s something very home-y about ambrose point that reels people in.

home to the criminals and the ladies and gentlemen of the night. the gates are not a safe part of the city, and definitely not a place that people like to visit or talk about. it’s an eye-sore, really. most of the residential places here are run down. vermin run down the streets, gunshots can occasionally be heard in the distance, but surprisingly, these things has never really bothered the people that call this place home. most of the residents here have some kind of illegal past or agenda, so they’re used to the way this part of the city is. most of the every day citizens of st. anthony’s try to avoid the gates at all costs, and it’s probably for the best. after all, danger is around every corner. literally.

no one really lives in this section of the city, save the occasional hobo. this is where you’ll find what remained of the island before it was rejuvinized with new development. an old hospital still stands, as does a museum. it’s quiet, and for those that want to bask in the serenity, there’s even a bed and breakfast. overall, emerald bay isn’t a very exciting part of the city, but there are still some people who find it rather charming.

remember those fancy rich people that live in those perfect homes over in eastwood? well, here is where you can find the locations of most of their jobs. the list includes, but is not limited to: city hall, the district banking building, and the founders building. there are also some more political headquarters here and more upscale law firms. then, because everyone needs something delicious to eat, there is mick’s. it’s basically the go to place when anyone needs to make sure land a client. it might not seem like the best place, but mick’s is just as important as city hall, if not more so.
