Strengths: Chiisu's has much strength over water, since he started out as a water ninja, but he has learned many jutsu over time. A few are very dangerous, but can only be used as a last resort.

Weakness: Chiisu is weak against Genjutsu, because he is easily fooled. He is also weak against lightning jutsu, such as the Chidori, Kakashi's Lightning Blade. He is easily saddened, and is very emotional. He can be easily distracted.
Skills/Magic: Because he very occaisonally gets lonely, he shapes his water into a pet, such as a dog or cat which he talks to. It may sound crazy, but he's lived 14 years without any kind of compainionship. The following are his most commonly used Nin and Genjutsu, not all of them.
Kunai clone jutsu: Changes Kunai and other throwing objects, from Shiruken to senbon, to an exact clone.
Water Blade Jutsu: Used to transform water into a solid blade. 100% original, you can check all books and websites.
Water Armor Jutsu: Used to transform water into a shield. 100% original, and I made this up before I saw episode 157.
Yomi no Shoutaku: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja transmutes an area of land into a swamp. This swamp instantly appears within the area of the technique, swallowing anyone or anything caught it in, making movement almost impossible. Appearance: Long brown hair leading down to his shoulders. He has a scar going across his chin. On his back is a sealed bucket of water, used specifically for his water blade Jutsu or Water Armor. If he is in the desert, then he can use his Water Blade Jutsu. This water will not evaporate or disappear. It is sealed so that it will not leak. He is very tall and intimidating. He has purple markings across his face, like Kankuro. He wears torn old shirts, with stains and a chain garment. He wears a wave village headband, where the protector is on the side under his long hair.

Personality: Since he's been travelling from village to village for years, he knows no manners. He doesn't like it when he comes across rich spoiled people. He doesn't like it because they have no idea what it's like to live his life, working for every piece of food that he earns. He is short-tempered, even when he's happy, and he can snap at the drop of a hat.

Biography: Chiisu was born in the Mist Village, in the Land of the waves. He was very lucky to be born with the White Secret Jutsu, the Kekki Genkai of the land of the waves. When Gato came, Kaiza, the village's hero, led a rebellion against Gato, with Chiisu, his parents, and many other families involved.

When they failed, Kaiza and Chiisu's parents were executed. Chiisu knew that he would be next, so he left the Mist Village, and began his legacy as a watari ninja.

When Chiisu left, he realized he needed a goal. So he came up with a difficult one: To learn all jutsu. Chiisu left his village on a boat, and started his travelling the world, to learn all possible jutsu.

Once he left, Chiisu practiced a jutsu he had made on his own: The Water Blade and Armor technique. It took him many years to perfect, but whenever he left a village, a new sword was copied unto his blade technique. He came one step closer to reaching his goal.

Chiisu woke up on his sheets in the forest. He was miles from Konoha, where he would learn his newest jutsu: Kage Bunshin. His water was morphed into a dog, which whined and then licked his face, waking him. He got up, and he packed up his sheets. His dog whined at his side again.

Something rustled in the bushes. Chiisu took his stance. "Water Blade Jutsu: Guillotine Sword!"

The white haired dog melted into water, and took the form of the Guillotine Sword. This sword has always been his favorite, ever since he saw it displayed by Zabuza Momochi, one of Gato's goons. The rustling became louder, and then a young child, probably no older than 12, came out. He had spiked yellow hair, and wore an orange jacket.

"Very cute." Said Chiisu.
"Hey, who are you calling cute?! I'm a ninja!" said the child.
"Oh really, and what would your name be, 'ninja'?" Said Chiisu sarcastically.
"My name's Naruto, and I'm going to be the next Hokage!" said the boy.
"So you're from the leaf village, hm? Can you take me there?" Asked Chiisu.
"No way no way! I won't take you there without some id." Said Naruto.
"I'm not giving my name to you, but I'll fight you for entry."
"Alright!" Said Naruto.
Chiisu took out a kunai from his satchel, and threw it at the boy. The boy dodged quickly, then cried out; "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!"
Kage Bunshin?,Thought Chiisu, That's what I came here to be taught. Maybe this boy...
Chiisu didn't have much time to think before a rainstorm of Shiruken was thrown at him. He dodged, but one hit his arm.

"Well aren't you a tough little..."
Chiisu did a number of hand signs, and then the entire ground below Naruto turned to mush. The boy despretely tried to move, when another Shiruken was thrown from the bushes.
"We told you not to go ahead, Naruto, but you didn't listen..." A grey haired ninja appeared out of the bushes. He wore a scarf-like mask, covering most of his face, and his leaf village headband tilted over his left eye.

"Now who's this?" Chiisu asked.
"I'm Kakashi, a Jonin of the leaf village. Prepare to die." said the grey haired ninja.
"Oh really?", Said Chiisu, "Kakuro!"
"What?!" Kakashi said out loud, and then jumped away as the seering black flame headed toward him.
"That's right," Said Chiisu, "The Forbidden Black Fire technique."
Chiisu turned his headband to his forehead, showing he was a ninja of the hidden mist village.
"How can you do that technique if you are a mist ninja?" Kakashi asked.
"I'm a Travelling ninja, dull leaf ninja. I travel the countries to learn no jutsu and become a great ninja."
Chiisu sensed another presence in the bush behind him.
"Daisaan no Me."
The eye of sand, invisible to his enimies, floated backward to the bush. Behind it he saw two more leaf ninja, both of Naruto's age, one male, and one female. They were quiet and awaiting the moment to attack.
"Water Clone Jutsu!" cried Chiisu, he created another exact clone of himself, and left it to take care of Kakashi and Naruto. Meanwhile, Chiisu turned his head toward the bush. The ninja, watching him, began to run. The sand eye followed.
Chiisu ran after them, and threw two Kunai.
"Kunai clone jutsu!"
The two other copies of him surrounded them, and they had nowhere to go. Chiisu caught up to them, and tied them to a tree so they couldn't get away.

"Now, stay here." He said. Chiisu departed and went back to the other two, who were not there when he returned. The swamp was gone aswell.

When Chiisu went back to the tree they were at, the two were also gone. The rope was broken at the tree's roots.

Chiisu returned to his campsite, gathered his things, and walked toward the large Hokage rock in the distance.
