This is Miramar, she's a little bit complex and a bit odd compared to most residents of the Capitol but I hope you ind her to be as interesting as I do. <p>
When she was a girl she believed that everyone in Panem had colored skin, surgically enhanced faces and a collection full of wigs, however, after seeing her first games that changed. She developed this uneasiness with the capitol that's only grown in recent years. She finds it hard to understand and justify the capitol lifestyle compared to the lifestyles of the districts. When she became an escort for the first time during the 23rd Hunger Games she was assigned to District 12. What she saw there really shocked her, and made her feel empathetic for the people of 12 as well as critical of the capitol.
<p>
So, due to her experience in 12 and later District 4, she decided to have her surgical enhancements removed. Initially she believed that if she tried to fit in with the culture of the capitol she would simply forget her unease but when she realized that wasn't happening she got her surgery reversed, with jewels removed from her face and her collection of wigs burned. She believed that the real heart of Panem lies in the districts rather than the capitol, but she keeps a facade because she is well aware that her attitudes toward the capitol could get her into some trouble.
<p>
<b>FRIENDS</b> Mira is generally easy to get along with. She's really interested in learning more about the people from the districts so she'd probably ask a lot of questions to get to know someone better, their living status and family or what not. She'd maybe have a few close friends in the capitol but mostly she'd invest more time learning about people in the districts.
<p>
<b>LOVERS</b> I feel like Mira would have had a few serious men in her life, though at this point she's fairly open. Flirting is most likely, probably nothing too serious at the moment but if someone has a good idea for a past relationship that could be interesting.
<p>
<b>ENEMIES</b> I'm not too sure about this one. I feel like Mira is easy to get along with for the most part but I'm sure someone could find a reason to dislike her, it's really up to what ideas you have, because my mind is blank at the moment.
