Sitting in a secured room deep within a medium sized base of a marauding group based out in the outer haven a deal was being overlooked. Julian sat in the room him and a couple other men who sat around a metal table in a stone walled negotiation room. The table had a monitor sitting at the end of it giving off details to some prepping battle and other types of info. Also one of the men had a headset getting direct details from someone at the scene as well. These strange men had paid top dollar for copies of specs for some high end tech. Julian tapped his fingers on the table in a bored fashion. He was wearing a military style black outfit that covered him from pretty much from head too toe. Street wear wouldn't have worked for a deal like this. He tapped his fingers again and again waiting for this little view of wares to be over. He desperately desired a smoke and some entertainment. Besides military type cloth. (The under layer too the old bolt uniform) he also had a bit of protection worn. Knee pads military style boots. A think flak jacket for some bullet protection as well as elbow pads. It was stiffing and not that comfortable though. It felt odd being in military clothing. Reminded him too much of Bolt which only brought about mostly bad memories.
His face had a strange mask covering it. Strapped securely to hide his true face. It was the face plate turned mask from his lighter suit of armor. A model of Bolt armor never made. HE had a engineer modify the design and make him his own special suits. The mask was all he needed for this meet though. He heard battle from the speakers but didn't care. He sold them some specs for bolt weapons as well as a few direct Ryden tech specs. They made them rather quickly but even if they messed em up it was still better then anything else in outer heavon Julian thought. If it wasn't for the huge payout Julian wouldn't have sold so much and come himself. But it was just one of those good deals that he could pass up. It was for money and reputation. They wanted too know the stuff would come out good before they transferred him the money. They really just wanted something too blame if it failed he thought though.
He looked at the two men watching the screen. One dressed more like a would be soldier. He must have been the combat and field leader. The one in more of a suit must have been the boss here, His older appearance made it clear he wasn't a field soldier. He sighed and spoke as he stopped tapping his fingers. His voice sounded distorted if not robotic from behind the black metal mask. The glowing lights from its front watching them directly. "Ok the money is what makes this worth my time. You can clearly see your boys are causing whatever mayhem you wanted...I could care less about your little cause. How much do you need too see before you realize the gun specs were top model. If there is any mess ups it would be from your people putting em together......I'm telling you nothing will go wrong. I'll stick around for a few more hours but if I don't get my pay's worth There will be hell to pay....fucking bandits." He said calmly wanting too get paid and mumbling a little insult at the end. HE himself felt insulted from the long wait and no faith in good gear. These smaller type military esc bandits had no respect. He was also wanting too get back to Olympis and out of the fire. He wouldn't be fully happy till he was safe and out of convictions path. He sighed and realized he would have too wait longer since his words only got angry looks from the men. All three of there pistols were on the table as well too show trust. He figured he'd just have too wait. But the money was good....so what was the worst that could happen.

Feathers descending from the sky upon the barren earth, as gun fire lit up the sky, turning the sun black for those that became a feast for the crows. The world was always spinning; questions came to the mind of the living, what was real? Was this a dream or a never ending sleep? A dream came from a phantom in a hertz, a curse for the clock of destiny was always ticking and chiming yet, when was that bitter sweet embrace to come? A creeping silhouette marching through the revolution of small minded men, for each hum to escape the source was in harmony of nature’s law. From the shadow’s mouth hidden in words never to be heard, was this delirium or was this love? “ The tyrants reign in iron chair’s over kingdoms of salt, nothing but ashes in the wind. No one is indispensable, we die every day as we bleed, we live as we breathe but in the end we all stop breathing, and out eye’s gaze at those kingdoms of salt, as it turns to dust in the river of time.” Remelle’s words spoken behind the mask of the wounded, lips hidden by colorless bandages, could they hear the truth? The ventriloquist hands hidden by the cloth of the wounded over the heart into the sky, a toast to the profound truth of dead haven, did they know of the way? A warrior’s way lips parted again to address the toast in these dreams of a madman or was it a saint? “And every day, without fail, one should consider himself as dead. This is the substance of the living.” Blue eye’s dazzled upon the rotting flesh of those to enter a new world of dreams, grasping to those forgotten souls, did those bandaged hands find solace. In that little head as crimson locks streaked from the mask of bandages, thoughts of contemplate suicide, to make peace with bullets shall they riddle this corpse? In these dreams of a dreamer no longer among the living love came to a shallow frame behind a dime store suit. Closer to a building of ruins with a madman upon a throne of tattered sheets, yet parted lips spoke again to the crowd that did not exist. “to bleed for nothing but the foul attempts of gain is of simplistic nature. An animal or a God to change these things it to not be human, when those that are below the iron will of those deemed better is that not human nature? Though I shall afford to pay in blood only for dignity of self.” Was that a camera that gazed on the suit for an audience to finally hear this self proclaimed truth? Shall these cries be answered with the ringing of bullets? To a marauder is prey not the true hunter? A sweep of the arm across the waist with a curtsy to the prying eyes, another verse to await the dearly departed that shall not know of fear of another day in this land of confusion, for the substance of life is given merit in this bow of Remelle. “for if I fail to live in the light of this love, shall I pry my own heart from the treachery of my own life, to devour it for it is bitter, but because it is bitter it is good for it is mine.”

Alastor stood inside the hover-copter, unwilling to take a seat due to the adrenaline. He looked at Nyus and then at Ergo, gripping a rail above for stability. "We're almost there. I think it's best if we land just outside their radar and try to infiltrate rather than rush in guns blazing. Can't be sure of their numbers but we can expect them to be well armed." Ryden stated as the door on the side of the transport opened and they were lowered to ground level in the shroud of the forest. The armored man hopped out, fresh soil against metal as he trudged with the trio through the trees towards Julius' camp. "Doesn't look too bad.." He whispered as they got closer and closer to the outpost. His sapphire hues scanning the area for signs of the enemy, keeping his guard up as they approached.

"Impeccable timing as always Ergo, good to have you with us! I figured you'd be too busy to tag along, what with your busy schedule and all."
"Says the CEO of the largest technology corperation on Nexus. Shouldn't you be the one sitting behind a desk in an office in Ryden Tower?" Ergo shot back with a smirk. "Guess all work and no play can make some people do crazy things."
When a woman entered the scene, Ergo's face dropped it's sarcastic expression. Just by laying eyes on the scene, one could tell that a normal civilian wouldn't have such a calm expression. Yet, here this woman was approaching these men/machines as though she had something they needed. What a peculiar case indeed.
The Humanoid surveyed his friend, knowing him to be a good 'judge of character', but was surprised at Alastor's reaction to the woman's information. This could mean that she was telling the truth, and if that were so, she was indeed in possession of something they needed.
Once all of the men were on the craft, it ascended into the air and began making way towards their new destination. During the short trip, Alastor devised a plan for entering the hostile location. Landing outside of the radar zone was an intelligent strategy, but Ergo could feel that things would be quite so simple.
As the group closed in on their landing coordinates, Ergo scanned the area carefully. Luckily, the atmosphere didn't feel too malicious. Perhaps the enemy simply wasn't prepared for an invasion from the bevy of forces.
"Once we land, this craft will return to Olympus. We can't risk leaving it here to be discovered by whomever the enemy may be. It would give us away instantly. Simply put, bring anything necessary because it's going to be a long walk home."
With that, Ergo evacuated from the transport and landed with ease on the surface. Instantly, he could smell a difference in the air. It was full of metals. Steel, titanium, nickel. All types were used in conjunction with Ryden tech weapons, sometimes only used for the trigger itself.
The Humanoid walked beside Alastor, their armor in contrast to one another. Being part-machine on the inside allowed the internal protection of most of his major components. Nearly everything else in danger of being destroyed could be replaced or backed up from the harddrive in his office at Ryden Tower. This was the reason he could supplement a lack of armor for a higher degree of motion and speed. It would be advantagous to have multiple abilities between the three of them.
What awaited them, beyond the radar zone?

As the unknown female approached, a quick brush of hands, Nyus flipped the safety on his pistols. Still ready for anything he watched her carefully, he knew Rico would do the same. With further confirmation that there were more RI weaponry being used, Nyus let out a slight sigh. RI weapons came in all types and sizes. Some even had a nasty kick to them. He was not looking forward to taking on anyone using RI tech.
Nyus nodded as he was directed to accompany Alistor and Ergo. As the RI CEO enteredWE the craft, Nyus looked towards Rico and raised his index an middle fingers to his helmet, in a salute type fashion. It was Nyus' way of saying good luck/safe mission. The BOLT the turned to the craft and took Alistor's hand and pulled himself up into the craft. As Alistor continued on about Sergei and Rico proceeding as Recon unless the RI Bionic felt he could handle it, Nyus smiled beneath his helmet and shook his head.
Nyus listened up as Alistor laid out their plan. If they had made it thus far without engagement then it was a good sign they were still undetected. Hoping out as the arrived and watching the transport take off to Olympus, Nyus sighed. He wasn't one for walking but he knew the reasoning was sensible.
Nyus gave a slight chuckle at Alistor comment about not looking too bad. "It only takes a few idiots with weapons to change all that"

As time went by Julian became agitated as it seemed the Captain and his flunky looked more upset as time went by. Judging from the display screens his men weren't ready too take on Soldiers of that caliber yet. The mask was stifling lightly from wearing it for so long now. The orange display just kept close watch as there attention grew towards something new now displayed on the monitors. He chuckled as he watched the captain giving orders from headset. It looked like things were gonna be getting real interesting. Real soon. He slid his mask up at a angle off his face. The men couldn't see his face clearly but it gave him enough space too light up a smoke. He looked towards his revolver and towards the the second man's laptop. He'd make his decision's on what to do if he wasn't payed soon. Till then the room would have small puff's of circular smoke shapes float about.
The Captain sent orders too send a few attack drones so the base could prepare for whatever was too come. A small pack of humanoid shaped drones were rushing towards the men making there way towards the base. A group of five, They weren't too great of a threat but enough too buy some time. White robotic droids. Their hands replaced with small caliber guns with barrels expanding from the wrist. Their feet had wheels installed sorta like roller skates that let them mover quickly across the plain moving at high speeds with their motorized feet. Once they were in eye-sight of the group they'd spread out trying too surround the group of men. Still at a distance they' begin to open fire as they spread out. A small hail of gunfire shooting off.
----
Meanwhile the base was prepping for what was too come. Hopefully the men were just rookies that would be killed by the drones. But fate most likely wasn't that kind. If these were elites they were in trouble. They had numbers and weapons. Orders were given as soldiers began moving. The building was a moderate fortress. However most the mercs were dead from the attack earlier. A medium complex surrounded by a strong fence. Four towers too each corner of the fence. One man too each tower watching the horizon waiting too see if they'd see the droids come back soon or see people.
The metal base inside had perhaps twelve armed guards in random stations as well as perhaps three support staff. A doctor and his two aids. At the center of the bass larger room with vehicles and various weapons assorted. A few jeeps as well as one helicopter. A door in that room lead too the secured bunker Julian and the merc leaders were at. There was a tunnel in that room but Julian had no idea if it was a escape tunnel or just lead too another bass or bunker.
He'd chuckle and stand and head toward the door. "I'll be back in a moment gentlemen. I'm gonna grab some gear from the armory I saw....I'd keep watching that screen. Those Bolt bastards may be uptight. But there Damn persistent, Wonder if I know any of em?" He laughed as he exited the doors heading toward the armory.

Alastor walked cautiously along side his comrades, dreading the calm before the storm as it indicated one of two things. That they were either about to attack a heavily fortified base, or they were walking into a trap, both options were unsettling. However, it quickly became apparent that the enemy knew of their presence when a platoon of droids rushed in to ambush them. "Well so much for that plan!" Ryden said sarcastically as he reached for his utility belt and retrieved a decimator grenade before hurling it into the ground a few feet ahead of them. The explosive ignited into a hazy electrical blur, clearing out a clean chunk of earth creating a trench for protection for the three of them.
Alastor ducked into the trench his armor transformed and shifted around him, covering him completely once more as Gizmo and Gadget detached from his back. The two mechanical dragons launched from his shoulders and spread out into opposite directions. "Ergo, Gadget and Gizmo will draw the droid's fire, I'm gonna rush them head on. You and Nyus hit them from each side, the machines won't know how to react and will most likely short out." Alastor explained to his comrades, as always instinctively coming up with a calculated course of action for the situation. Ryden launched out of the trench and tore across the ground towards the droids, firing off several proton bursts from his pistol. Gizmo and Gadget flew over head, spewing fire from their mouths as the drew most of the gunfire off of the trio. As expected, the droid's fire became spastic and uncoordinated leaving them wide open for Nyus and Ergo's assault.

Ergo walked alongside the two companions deeper into the enemy's territory. Even for two Paladin and a BOLTS operative, the danger ahead was too uncertain to predict that they would all make it out alive. The Humanoid scoffed silently at the odds.
Suddenly, an uproar of live rounds shattered the silence of their descent. The surprise caught Ergo off guard, and instinctively he kneeled down to minimalize his target zone. However, Alastor was already countering the invasion, creating a rabbit hole for them to take shelter.
Ergo jumped in behind Alastor, placing his back against the ground away from the enemy to reduce the chances of a rogue bullet clipping him.
"Ergo, Gadget and Gizmo will draw the droid's fire, I'm gonna rush them head on. You and Nyus hit them from each side, the machines won't know how to react and will most likely short out."
"Understood." Ergo nodded, the armor that made up the shoulder straps to his shirt began to animate and spread out further across, covering more Bio-Flesh between his neck and shoulders on either side. The armor around his ribs did the same, creating armor down to his hips and across his back to protect his spinal cord.
As Alastor withdrew from the rabbit hole, Ergo shadowed him for a split second to hide himself from the enemy's sight. When clear, the Humanoid forked from his suited friend and began a quick curve to flank the enemy troops. As he neared, his forearms began to unsettle. Square sections of Bio-flesh began to lift and receed closer to his elbow in a continuous fashion beginning from the wrist. Once the underside of his forearms were clear, a thin metallic object slid outwards from the bone, parallel, six inches exactly on either arm. These were Ergo's pride and joy. Reverse blades, hidden beneath the false flesh of his forearms. Once extracted, the Bio-Flesh returned to normal, bequeathing the look of unscathed, solid flesh.
The blades glinted slightly against the light as Ergo poised himself for attack. By now, Alastor and his dragons had garnered enough attention that the flank would be successful.
"If you so much as knick my clothes with those wild proton blasts, I'll dice you." Ergo sent an audio feed directly into Alastors suit, and then the Humanoid dashed.
Two second until first confrontation. The Humanoid Paladin moved at blinding speed, crossing the distance to the closest droid to him. In one fell slash, the blade on his right arm dismantled the gun the enemy was using to fire at Alastor and his dragons. From this position, Ergo could count the number of droids in their path. It was five exactly. Some of them were already slightly damaged from Gadget and Gizmo's dragon fire. It was clear that the enemy had underestimated the trio.
"Hmph," Ergo grasped the head of the droid, his palm covering it's face. He then crushed it with inhuman force and allowed the machine to collapse to the ground. "I guess I'll let the others have the pleasure of taking out the rest."
Ergo retracted his blades, but retained the extended armor. Being that the enemy was an odd number, the Humanoid left the other four for his two comrades whilst he investigated the tracks left by the land-roving machines. Naturally, they would lead the group to an enterance.

Nyus glared at the incoming droids. His HUD lit up with activity. As Alistor created the trench Nyus hopped down into the trench. Pulling his pistols out and flipping the safeties, Nyus acknowledged Alistor's plan.
As the other two leaped from the trench and took off towards the incoming droids outer ranks. As he approached Gizmo and Gadgets flames disoriented some of the droids. Nyus launched himself into the air, diving towards one of the droids, as it began unleashing a shower of ammunition upon the BOLT. Holding his pistols in front of him he began blasting away at the droid's head and targeting system. The droids fire became uncontrolled by the time Nyus landed.
As Nyus had landed he rolled to his feet, and in one fluid motion, he holstered one of his pistols and drew one of his blades. Dodging the droids now wild fire, Nyus stretched out and stabbed into the droids exoskeleton. Forcing his weight upon the droids shoulder, Nyus turned the droid so that it's fire was turned upon one of its own. The droids fire, riddled the next droid, causing it to fall like a pile of scrap. Nyus the twisted the knife, sparks shot out from the droids core.
Nyus looked towards the other two. "Either their defenses are worthless, or they are trying to slow us down." Nyus had many missions with Rico against places that had three times as many forces. An attack meant they were close, but if they were close enough to attack, then there should have been more.

The remaining two droids were in low repair. One was overheated and firing slowly. Fire from the robotic dragon and thrown off its aiming systems and made take longer too take aim as the burned areas of its chasy caused it so much harm. The two remaining triggered into a last stand mode and rushed straight for Alastor the closet person to them. Their one glowing eye began too blink repeatedly as they shot a hail of gunfire as they went toward the rushing man at full speed. A beeping sound was heard as they drew closer. Once they got within ten feet the guns would fire once more then a explosion would occur. However they would ignite the explosives in the others as well. A final effort that would trigger all droids to charge the enemy and self destruct. If the droid lost most functionality it would trigger to just explode. The two near nyus and the one at Ergo's feet would explode a couple moments before the other two would explode infront of Alastor. Their outer shells were made out of a durable construction plastic metal substitute. It would break out into hundreds of tiny shards. Not enough too kill but they could viciously injure quite easily.
-------
Meanwhile at the base the two guard towers closest too the wall the men would be approaching from had two men too each tower. Snipers watching the horizon. Two standing where they could be seen like normal. And two had broken out small holes in the wall of the tower just above the floor. They could shoot from a more hidden position making it look like only one sniper was present too each tower. The snipers were equiped with high powered riffles. The bullets were better suited for tech and gave out small emps too whatever they hit should the bullet remain in what it hit and not pass through. They would do their best too insure nothing synthetic such as enemy droids or high end tech mad it into the base. It could fry comes synthetics even internal bionics.
The twelve guards inside were taking different positions too make the hallways to get too the center bunker of the base hard too get too. The narrow hallways would have people shooting from each room as anyone would try too enter. The majority had experimental ammo but moderate weapons. six had incendiary ammo bullets that had a inner filling of a chemical that would ignite upon impact. Literally making a wall of fire to worry about for the enemy that would attack. The four further back that were ready in the bunker with the vehicles and also next too the door too the hall too the safe room had anti material shells of a new design. Acid coated with rare minerals as well. It could penetrate nearly four feet through concrete.
The two men still remained in the safe room. Evacuation wouldn't be needed till the main doors of the bass were breached. The small armory in the center of the vehicle bunker Julian was fitting himself with one of the display pieces he brought to offer for a later deal. Only one set but it would do for now. He attached arm bracers a chestplate and two upper leg guards as well as thick armored boots. They were all a bolt design that had been discontinued nearly a year back. But they would be good enough for stray fire and a little protection. He also picked up one of the assault rifles that were special gifts too the deal. Ryden tech proton rifles. He threw two other rifles of the same make two the last two gaurds that would fight too protect the safe room.
A few moments later he'd drag the doctor and the young male and female aids back towards the safe room being rather insistent. He entered the the hallway that lead too the safe room with the three aids and a a few packs of C4 and detonators. The doctor and two aids forced in as well. "Use those rifles well troops. Don't enter through here no matter what... Survive and drinks are on me." He said with a chuckle as the doors shut and he set too work. The thick steel doors of the hallway blocked most sound. He turned and handed one aid a box of assorted revolver shells all special make. He instructed her too take them in the room and place them on the table. then return into the hallway he'd need them for set up. He smirked as he thought in his head. Two doors that needed special traps added as well as monitor and speaker system above The needed something done too them as well so whoever broke through the doors. if they lived would see a another surprise. The helicopter was already fitted with a surprise. He didn't have much time too rig it all up. Once the aid return he smiled as he stood back up. They would see the first toys rigged up the the steel doors. He'd point his rifle at them and smerc a bit. "I hate too do this. But I need you three too help me with a couple surprises.

Alastor continued his descent towards the droids he had targeted, all the while Nyus and Ergo were taking out the other three. Ryden unloaded the rest of his proton clip into the droids, turning them into shambling heaps of electronics when he caught the ominous beeping sound. His helmet shifted and retracted off his head as he took a look and heard with his own ears. Immediately he began picking the droids apart in his mind, he could visibly see the components and wiring which made up the machines.
It was moments before impact when the demigod made a startling discovery, his eyes widening in surprise as he held his hands out towards the androids. Although to his labyrinth of a mind it felt like several minutes had passed, in actuality it had only been mere seconds. Regardless of how much time transpired, he had already discovered the problem and supplied himself with the solution. "The droids are explosive!" Ryden warned his comrades as his opened hands clenched into fists, left with no other options. The five individual ticking time bombs went off in unison, only to be condensed and compacted into a cluster of small bubble-like barriers giving off a sapphire aura.
Alastor's fists trembled as he strained to contain each separate explosion with a different psychic barrier. After a few moments the lack of oxygen began to starve the fiery chaos within until they all died down. The man fell to one knee for a moment to catch a breath, grinning with satisfaction that they were unscathed from the crafty preliminary attack. "I've got to hand it to this Julian guy, he knows how to lure you into a false sense of security." Ryden remarked with an amused laughter, standing back up on his feet as he ventured on with his team. Gizmo and Gadget landed on each shoulder and reattached themselves in place onto his back. Once the trio had reached the two main towers at the foot of the fortress, it became apparent they weren't getting in without a fight.
Before exiting the darker thicket of the forest, Alastor got a clear view of the two snipers ahead. He immediately ducked down to get out of the line of fire, unsure if they had noticed him or not. After contemplating his options for a moment, Ryden explained the course of action he wished to take. "If you can see two snipers, odds are there's two or more that you don't see. We have no way of knowing their positions or even what kind of artillery they're using, although we can expect it to be mine." He said as he exhaled a sigh of annoyance before smoothing out a patch of dirt on the ground with his hand. He took a small twig and began mapping out the structure to them, or what he could guess of the structure anyways.
"Your not going to like this but I'm going to give myself up to the snipers. When I get close enough I'll be able to read them and force out the hidden gunners, if any. You'll use that opportunity to take them out, Ergo, Nyus." He explained as the mechanical marvels on his back crawled down his body onto the ground and once again began to transform. Gizmo and Gadget shifted and contorted like bionic origami until they took the form of two ion rifles. Alastor tossed Gadget to Ergo and Gizmo to Nyus, nodding as the rest of his suit began to shift and change as well. He silenced communication with his AI Izzy, knowing full well she would object and try to sabotage his plan in order to protect him. "Understood?" The prodigy confirmed as he stood up to his full height, the rest of his armor retreating into the storage component on his back revealing his normal attire beneath. Jet black pants with a grappling device attached to his utility belt, dark grey shirt and a black overcoat, a surprisingly simple wardrobe.
Ryden stepped out from the shroud and stopped, looking over his shoulder at his comrades. "We only get one chance at this. So no matter what happens, take the shot." The man urged before turning back on his path and walking forth, hands raised in surrender. The snipers in the towers spotted him immediately and warned him to come forward slowly. As he approached his eyes scanned back and forth along the structure, deciphering the layout as best as he could from his position. Giving Nyus and Ergo sufficient time to prepare, Al stood silent and simply observed. When it became clear they were about to bring him in as a hostage, he initiated his plan. Suddenly and very quickly, Alastor dropped his hands and reached behind him grabbing both proton pistols. Whipping them out in a quick draw, firing out random scattered rounds giving the snipers a reason to shoot him.
The two snipers hidden beneath the top two fired off two shots at Ryden. The man flew backwards from the bullets, crashing hard into the ground several feet away, still and silent. Knowing his team mates would follow his instructions, Alastor played dead if only for a few minutes. Once the snipers were disposed off, the two comrades would most likely rush to his side to aid him. The demigod rose up from the ground immediately so to not further raise alarm with them, unscathed from what seemed to have almost killed him. "I knew they'd reveal themselves when I fired, or at least I hoped they would. I had a barrier around me the whole time, I just played it off to draw out the snipers. Good work you two, sorry if I scared you haha." He joked before turning his attention towards the entrance, his armor returning to it's previous form encased around his body leaving only his head exposed.
The tactical genius extended his open palms towards the door way and began "pushing" it inward. The metallic frame giving way to the immense pressure exerted by Alastor until it collapsed into itself opening up the path for the three of them. The long narrow hall way that was revealed seemed to be chalk full of foot soldiers. The mercenaries gave notice to their dramatic entrance and already had the trio in their cross hairs. Instinctively, Ryden "pulled" a clean chunk off wall out of it's place and slid it in the way of the oncoming barrage of bullets. "Nyus! Ergo! I'll forge a path forward, you take em' down!" He shouted as he put his back against the wall, using his free hand to fire off a few proton rounds every few seconds. Once the duo was ready, Ryden would began creating his own way into the fortress.
Using the same method for the first shield, Alastor shifted hunks of the hallway walls into place. Providing the three of them a series of barriers lined up on either side of the hall way to block the enemy fire. Ryden would follow directly behind his comrades, shadowing them as they shifted from wall to wall until they reached the inner bunker. His armor gave off sparks and chips of it were entirely exposed from the exchange of bullets. Entering the bunker, one would think the worst was over, that one would be wrong. They were immediately met with a vehicular onslaught from the enemy. Alastor was nearly run over by a merc in a hover cycle, launching backwards and landing firmly on his feet as the bandit turned around for another attempt, one that he wouldn't get.
After the merc built up speed and was about ten feet from Ryden, Alastor extended his hand outward as if he was choking someone. The man's cycle immediately came to a halt, sending him flying through the air towards the demigod. The merc's throat landed right in Ryden's grip as he caught him cold before slamming him into the concrete below, crushing his wind pipe. The mind breaker quickly hopped onto the hover-cycle and tore across the room, drawing the attention of the enemy. While circling around the big open room, Ryden spotted the small hall way which led to the big steel doors which he was sure to be the hiding place for Julian. "Ergo, Nyus. There's a heavy door at the end of that hallway, Need you to help me crack it open. And help with the crowd control if possible." He said to his comrades, creating a psychic link of communication between them as he clipped one of the soldiers with a powerful close line while speeding by.
After several minutes of open conflict and much damage and destruction later, Alastor skidded to a halt at the opposite end of the safe room hall way. "Comin' in hot, take cover!" The demigod warned as he revved the engine of the cycle before blasting across the room at top speed. He turned the bike on it's side as he entered the hallway, kicking it further down towards the door as his armor grinded across the floor. Sparks flew as he skidded on his back, aiming down the sights of his pistols as he lined them up with the cycle flying ahead of him. The armored strategist carefully fired off two rounds from each chamber, connecting the proton shots with the hover-cycle. The bike exploded in a satisfying wave of metal and fire as Ryden came to a halt a reasonably safe distance away from the door.
Hopefully, the combined efforts from the three of them would have been enough to at least provide an opening for them to enter the room. Presumably the mastermind behind all this would be locked within, and his judgement would be carried out swiftly and brutally. "This guy is gonna pay with his teeth.." Alastor said menacingly as he stood up, battle worn and moderately exhausted from the fight as well as mentally drained. His armor was showing the effects of the continued skirmish; some wires were more exposed than others and fragments of the metal were torn off entirely or dangling by a thread.

Just as the fighting had ceased, a small beeping noise interrupted the calm. Ergo had taken a few steps beyond the fallen droid, so the origin of the noise was difficult to ascertain. It was only once he heard Alastor's warning that Ergo sensed the immediate danger. By this time, it would have been too late. Ergo's light armor could not deflect thousands of metal shrapnel, and the small projectiles would easily penetrate his Bio-Flesh and cause irreversable damage to his internal components.
As fate would have it, or rather, as the gods would have it, Alastor displayed an amazing power. Possibly, the Demigod was harnessing the atmosphere in small portions around the explosive machines. Or possibly he was controlling the blast radius themselves, or even creating a layer of invisible shield to stop the explosions. It all happened so quickly that Ergo couldn't make sense of it all. Gifts from the gods need not be explainable by scientific limitations.
After the close encounter, Ergo informed them of the tracks created by the Droids. From there, the three trecked across the scathed land until they had resubmerged from the thick grove of trees. Before them was a facility with snipers on guard. As he withdrew his presence behind a thick tree, Ergo quickly scanned the sections he could see from behind his shelter.
"If you can see two snipers, odds are there's two or more that you don't see. We have no way of knowing their positions or even what kind of artillery they're using, although we can expect it to be mine. Your not going to like this but I'm going to give myself up to the snipers. When I get close enough I'll be able to read them and force out the hidden gunners, if any. You'll use that opportunity to take them out, Ergo, Nyus."
Immediately, Ergo wished to protest. It would be impossible to protect Alastor in such a dangerous situation where a dozen things could go wrong. To let his friend proceed with such an action was ludicrous and suicidal. Yet, Alastor was perceptive even as one without electronic calculatory function, and like it or not, he was Ergo's boss.
When the Demigod tossed Gadget to him, Ergo gritted his teeth but nodded reluctantly. He would follow this plan, and execute it exactly as it was drawn out. In moments of dire need, Ergo's second, less dominant side revealed itself. Machine overtook humanity, and he was more or less a computer with a program funtion. The function being the order given through Alastors plan. This internal transformation could be witnessed by his actions, as he agreed to cooperate.
"Task accepted." Ergo replied, his usual red optics were removed of any human-like substitute and revealed the small technological make-up of what gave him sight. These slight differences were a tell-tale key of his transformation.
Once Alastor had been noticed by the snipers, Ergo began to move with purpose into a position most advantageous. He ducked below a fallen tree that was thick enough to hide his body. From this position, he could keep an eye on both Alastor and the tower.
As soon as Alastor's hands moved towards his weapons, Ergo was prepared. Without human thoughts to slow his reaction time, the Humanoid could move and react in the blink of an eye. He waited until the hidden gunmen were drawn out, then took precise aim and fired two shots at nearly the exact same time. However, the men were given enough time to fire their own shots before falling prey to Ergo's proton bullets.
Alastor was down, and unmoving. This emotion seeped past the machine exterior that was Ergo at this point and reawakened his humanity. The Humanoid's eyes returned to their bright red gloss, yet his brows furrowed in worry. The other two snipers were of no concern to him. He believed that Nyus would have taken them out with ease. Worry for his friend was a priority.
"Alastor!" Ergo growled as the Demigod rose before them from what should have been an eternal slumber. "No more self-sacrifice bullshit. We're in this together. The three of us. So we can all risk our lives... at least once, anyway."
The Humanoid smirked and clashed knuckles with Alastor before the man re-suited his armor. From here on, they'd all be risking their lives.
The door gave way to Alastor's will, and the three of them were quickly submerged in shark filled waters as proton blasts peppered the walls around them. Behind Alastor's make-shift shields, the group proceeded into the facility. Ergo fired well-aimed shots at the assailants, however, his speed was not nearly as wonderous. A proton blast had surpassed a weak point in the damaged barrier and connected with Ergo's left arm, rendering it useless. To make up for the handicap, the Humanoid simply fired the "Gadget Gun" with one hand, disrupting his aiming performance significantly. Luckily, Alastor began to renew the shields periodically with more debris as they progressed.
At the end of the tunnel, Ergo had many small wounds to match his lamed arm. Luckily, the makeshift shields and his own light armor had protected him a great deal. Before he was able to check on the other two's status, the onslaught of the vehicles began.
Alastor had evaded being run over, but his debris shields had dropped in retrospect. From now on, Ergo would have to rely on his own prowess to make it out safely. Luckily, he wasn't as fragile as he seemed.
"Initiating sensory detection mode... Enabling tracking log... Compressing limitations mode... Extracting obligatory defense/offense patterns," Ergo's body began to change quickly as power was re-routed to certain areas of his system and muscles. At long last, the Humanoid smirked and positioned himself to dash. "Valhalla pattern activated."
The mechanical man blazed a path towards a four-wheeled rover equipped with heavy artillary. He launched over it, sending a blitz of proton blasts down onto the canvas before landing in the bed of the vehicle. Ergo released Gadget, allowing the dragon to take to the air and cause more mischief itself whilst the Humanoid Juggernaut grasped the mounted gun and tore it from it's mount with his usable arm. He then hurled it towards another man driving a hover-cycle, crushing the front of the vehicle and causing it's driver to flip and toss across the floor in a crumpled heap.
The Humanoid continued fighting in this fashion, earning himself many deep gashes in both Bio-Flesh and real flesh alike. His right eye had been crushed in a collision, and the mechanics sparked madly from the socket, but he continued to deliver punishment to the enemies before them until the trio had ended the uproar themselves.
With the intense extraction of current data, Ergo was privvy to Alastor's movements. As the bike skidded across the floor towards the large door, Ergo grasped the handle of a proton laser that had fallen to the floor. He stepped on the barrel and quickly yanked up on the gun, bending the barrel shut. He then set the firing rate to fully automatic and crushed the trigger down. As soon as the bike was impacted by the shots fired by Alastor, Ergo hurled the over-loading gun into the mix, increasing the explosion exponentially. The Humanoid did not witness what happened next, as his system jolted and he was forced to shut down the Valhalla program and return his normal functions.
The return of his human limitations caused Ergo to grit his teeth in sudden pain. His body ached considerably and the loss of his right optic and left arm had left him as little more than useless. the enemy's number had simply been too much for his light armor. Luckily, his internal armor protected his organs and vital databanks. None of the damage he had recieved could not be repaired later on.
"Let's go." Ergo replied, his voice rough but determined.

After the initial droids were put down there was only a brief moment of peace before it was interrupted by an annoying beeping noise. Nyus was standing between the two droids he had dispatched of. The sound sent a chill down Nyus' back. Looking at the one in front of him and then glancing over his shoulder at the other, the realization of what was about to happen hit him. "Awww, Fuck me......" Nyus uttered as he braced himself as he was about to teleported. It was more of a reaction than it was a conscious effort to preserve himself. Time seemed to almost stand still, or even move in slow motion. Before he could teleport,Alistor, seemingly controlled the blasts. 'Impressive' Nyus thought, as he relaxed a bit. The BOLT operative wasn't expecting such a show from his allies but it was just cause he didn't really know them.
"Well one thing is for sure, you can bet, the prick behind this has more cheep shots like those up his sleeve." Nyus said as he rejoined the other two. After making it through the forest, the trio had spotted two towers each with a sentry, wielding a long arm. Undoubtedly snipers. Nyus chuckled at Alistor's comment about seeing two snipers. It Reminded him of Rico a bit. Maybe it was just that he was slightly out of his element, working with Civilians instead of Rico. Even if they weren't exactly civilians. "Atleast you know they will be near by. They're gonna be doubled up on their fields of fire. Less likely for people like us to get by." Nyus stated as he checked his amp in his pistols, and reloaded them.
Though Nyus didn't agree with Alistor's plan, he went along with it. The BOLT took the weapon he was given and took cover. As he looked on trying to see anything to give away the other sniper, Nyus placed the weapon down and looked at the tower. Looking back towards Alistor and Ergo, making sure he was out of view of the two, the Jumper grinned as he teleported into the tower behind the visible sniper. Nyus grabbed the man and his rifle and ripped the rifle out of his hands and shoved the guy aside. He the struck the sniper withe the stock of the rifle. As the hidden sniper shot at Alistor it startled Nyus. With our any thought, just straight up reaction Nyus spun with the rifle and shot the sniper on the floor. At this close of a range, the result was not pretty. "Ooops" he said looking over the result. Nyus the teleported back to his original spot and retrieved Gizmo. Nyus fired a few rounds, to give the appearance that he shot them from his spot.
Returning to his comrades, Nyus examined Alistor to see if he was hit at all. "Let's just make sure we all make it out of here a live, and in one piece. We can't do any good dead or in pieces. " Nyus said as he turned over Gizmo to Alistor.
As Alistor brought down the door and directed the other two to 'bring em down' as he forged a path, Nyus began unleashing a fury from his pistols. Taking cover behind Alistor Nyus could safely engage the enemy. Unfortunately, being a BOLT, Nyus was a little to comfortable with gunfire. The Jumper stepped a little to far from the ever changing cover and was struck by a couple of rounds to the chest and shoulder. One of the rounds ricoched away fom the group while the other ricoched and struck Nyus in the head. His HUD lit up, alerting him of what he already knew. He was injured. He could feel the blood coming down the side of his head. The impact knocked Nyus down momentarily, and split his head open as the helmet slammed into his head. The fortified suit protected Nyus' neck from snapping at the impact. Still dazed Nyus began just pulling the trigger in the directions of the noises. His 'BOL'T mentality of never backing down and fighting to the end, took ahold. Just firing he looked as if he was a Zombie soldier. Shaking his head as reality set back in, the Jumper came to just in time for the destruction survey that lay ahead.
Excitement began to fill Nyus. It had been a while since had been in a skirmish such as this. The jumper stepped out and began blasting as one of the rover type vehicles tried to run him over. For a moment it would have appeared it had plowed over Nyus, but he was no where to be seen. In the chaos it would have been easy enough to just loose track of the BOLT. Truth was he had "jumped" into the vehicle and began shooting the mercs inside. Nyus then "jumped" from vehicle to vehicle repeating his assault. Alistor's cry to take cover grabbed Nyus' attention. Shoving the body of the driver out of the vehicle, Nyus peeled out and was headed for the door. Shots were being fired as he drove towards the door. Hitting debris from another vehicle, the river launched into the air like hitting a ramp. As the initial explosion, caused by Alistor went off, Nyus "jumped" leaving the vehicle before it exploded. Nyus appeared on the other side of the doors. His momentum carried with him causing him to take a few steps. The blast from the explosions at the door were amplified. Explosions from both sides of the door shook the facility. Nyus crouched to withstand the concussion. His ears ringing after the deafening blast.
As the flames subsided and smoke began to clear, Nyus could make out his comrades, and turned around. "Seriously." he said slightly winded. Nyus quickly jumped back to the previous compartment. Dusting himself off, Nyus rejoined his comrades. "I'm really getting tired of this place."

The barrages of battle and bombs and improvised warfare had caused there deal of damage too the door. The doors would fall rather comically once the beating they took was done. seeming standing for a moment then just falling as if they gave up. Dust would sweep about from the large doors hitting the steel floor leaving huge impacts and large cracks that shot out at least four eight too ten feet all around them. Behind the doors was something though they probably didn't want too see.
A small hallway enough for a small group of people to gather in. And when the smoke was clear a second set of doors was seen. These ones much stronger then before. A small panel at the side. Above the doors a Monitor and at the side of the Monitor was a camera seemingly watching them now. It was by luck that the destruction of the doors did little harm to what was behind the door.
It only took a couple moments as the camera watched till the monitor lit up and presented a man on the screen. Too the three watching the man on the screen would appear too be a BOLT soldier from perhaps a year ago. His armor plates Last generation model. The black uniform underneath a modified clothing format from the unit. The only part that stood out most was the mask. The only peice of his custom armor he had worn. The thing that stood out most was the mask from his custom suit. It hid his face and as well as a few display perks it hid his voice as well. Giving out a distorted more deep robotic sound.
The man cleared his throat and spoke as a robotic chuckle came out first as he saw the tree dusty men looking through the doors they had destroyed. "Well well well... I didn't think I'd see you in the battle. I mean I heard some special soldiers may attack the mercs but I never expected Alastor himself would grace us with his presents. What got you out of the office? Must be something pretty big too get that pretty face in the battlefield." He smirked as he laughed a bit and leaned back in his chair getting comfortable. "I really should thank you. You wiped out a band of mercs and now the current villages around hear will be up for business and ready too buy weapon so this doesn't happen again. And eventually should a new merc group come through I'm sure they'd love too purchase better models too take this land. You sure know how too keep my business running.....Well I'm sorry too cut this message short but....." He stood up and slide the camera over too show what else was in the room. first two dead men were seen sitting in chairs there heads leaned forward as if they were shot in the back of the head. When the camera stopped moving the other side of the door was shown. The one they try too get through next.
Two men were tied up and strapped too the wall with a string of c4. Some wrapped at the doors edges and some on their bodies as well. It looked as if at least three detonators as well. Meaning there was more then one way too set em off incase Alastor and his boys got the idea of trying too save the doctor and his male aid. The girl aid was tied up as well but only her hands seemed too be bound. "Call it insurance. I have some of this footage saving and linking wirelessly too a special hard-drive I have. It'd be a shame for the good people back home too see footage of you busting down a door and killing innocent doctors and nurses just so you could catch one man wouldn't it. I've covered my bases on this model. You bust through in any conventional way they die. The explosives are good too. The detonators top model as well. You design if I recall...slightly modified as well." He turned the camera back around too let it focus on him once more.
He was standing leaning on the table just watching for a moment. "This is the closest you've ever been too me and I've already made ten fortunes of your goods. So bring your army after me....I know how they work and how their strats run. Bring your new weapons so I can steal em and break down the models." He held up the rifle on his back in his hand as if too brag of the high class proton rifle spec he had. " I make money off your shit...and I always will, Cause no rich boy bitch is gonna take me in, Cause you may own that army. But I own the streets and I'm willing too bet my army and connection soldiers equal to more then what you got.....Now you go fix your suit boy, We both know you ain't nothing without it." The insults were just too get his enemy riled up. He had a plan for a confrontation later. But not just yet. He wasn't ready. He clicked a few buttons but stopped before turning off the monitor. He rose his head for one moment as his hand hovered over the key too stop the broadcast. "Oh. Before I cut out and make my little getaway....Its good too see your doing well for yourself Nyus." Chuckling came after then screen going black.
On the other side Julian opened the door too the tunnel inside the room. He'd managed too get the two wannabe merc bosses too explain how too escape through the tunnel before putting a bullet in their heads. He'd force the women to go down first. He'd keep his revolver at her back the rifle slung over his shoulder as well. He'd put a couple packs of explosive at the opening and latter that came down so once he made his way down the tunnel a bit he could blow the entrance. Making it impossible too catch him. Alastor would get his confrontation when Julian was prepared. But for now he'd only have the mercs and not the true prize.

The band of diverse warriors made their way through the broken door, into a smaller room with yet another door to block their path. Ryden's expression wrinkled his expression, furrowing his brows in frustration. After a moment he found his center, or rather his anger was interrupted when the man on screen broke the silence. Once more Alastor's blood began to boil at each toxic word which spewed from the arms dealer's lips. He shook his head as the man finished his speech, moving towards the forefront of his companions before retorting. "Run you coward, and cling to your pitiful existence. But acknowledge these words and engrave them in your mind, for they mark the end for you. No matter where you go, no matter where you hide.. I will find you. The Gods themselves will not stand in the way of my vengeance." The demigod threatened as his fists clenched tightly, taking in the situation as it unfolded around him.
His mind weaved the events in and out, in various different outcomes until only one direct conclusion brimmed to the surface of his thoughts. Taking a deep breath, Ryden walked over to the last remaining door and placed his palms to the steel. Alastor closed his eyes and exhaled slowly as his psychic energy began to spring forth into a physical manifestation. The psi-arms extended from his body and slipped through the walls like a ghost. Each appendage splitting off and carefully entering the machinery rigged to the other side. After several seconds of concentration and precise timing, the bombs were diffused temporarily and the door opened of it's own accord.
"C'mon, we don't have much time. I haven't done this in a while, I was only able to post-pone the explosives. They're still set to go off in a matter of minutes." Ryden said as he retracted his psychic limbs back into himself, before attending to the hostages and removing their rigged time bombs. It was a few moments after releasing the hostages and taking one of them under his arm when he realized something, this could be a trap set to blow remotely as soon as Julian got into a safe range. He started walking toward the exit where the arms dealer escaped, hoping against hope that he wouldn't detonate the bombs. If he did, they wouldn't make it out in time and Alastor was too mentally exhausted to contain the blasts.
"I don't want to alarm anyone here with this information but I feel you should know, Julian has a remote trigger to these explosives. So lets try to get out of here quickly yeah?" He said with a smile, playing it off like they had a good chance of survival. Ryden didn't want to cause a panic among them, but for once he couldn't calculate a positive outcome to this predicament.
