Ability's/Skills: Not to many skills or ability's besides that of your average joe. He's pretty fit though and has good endurance. Strangely enough though he does have a natural talent for tracking and hunting prey. One skill he has however is the ability to treat wounds, check for and set broken bones ( given he has the right materials ) and figure out what sickness someone has and knowledge on how to treat it. He's a modern medicine kind of doctor so his skills are limited in this place.

Personality: A bit quiet at first, shaky around other people, but is genuinely friendly and kind. He appears to carry some kind of weight on his shoulders, although it is unclear what the problem is since he can't remember. Also, since he has a foggy memory, he's often lost in contemplation. He's also very awkward in uncomfortable situations and doesn't seem to be able to let himself get close to someone he may care about.

Appearance/Distinguishing features: He has dark hair, cut fairly short a bit scruffy. He has green eyes and a slight tan. He wears a necklace made of a thick string with a lions claw pendent.

Extra Info: He comes to the nexus origin with a foggy memory. He can only remember bits and pieces...and even those memory's are opaque.
This makes him feel not quite whole, he knows his name, and small things like that but for some reason he can't quite shake he doesn't feel very comfortable in his skin, like he was never human to begin with....but that's impossible...isn't it?

History:
Well, may be Blake can't remember his life before this one, but I know it so I shall enlighten you:
He was in fact a lion from Africa, he grew up as a normal lion, became a rogue and then fell in love with a lion/cougar hybrid named Mystic. But she kept many secrets from him, unfortunately. But he was a simple lion, and accepted this. One day to be kind, he took off her necklace that she wore, to clean it off in a near by stream. As soon as he removed the necklace his mind was suddenly consumed by darkness, and a face emerged, a demented looking panther, it roared sadistically and made a pounce for him. His body fell to the ground and he lay motionless eyes open. Mystic quickly woke up, and the last thing that happened before he came here was Her, running away in fear with horror written on her face.

Life before that one, ( Why yes, in his time/dimension/whatever he's been reincarnated, first he was human, then lion, then human again. )
In the beginning he was a doctor in America. Yep that's pretty much it. He had a fairly regular life, he fell in love, didn't marry however and died young in a car crash.
