Description: Middle aged black man with graying hair and dark eyes. Semi-muscular frame, standing about 6'6" tall. Mayor Wilkins is a very charismatic individual, who is always in campaign mode. He is always there to help a fellow citizen.
Bio: Mayor Wilkins grew up in the affluent neighborhoods of Manhattan. The son of a Lawyer and a Wall Street Analyst, Mayor Wilkins went to school in the most expensive private prep institutes, and majored in Civil Law at Columbia and was a professor there for a time. After a landslide victory in the New York Mayoral Election in 2006, he found his calling and has never looked back.
