Description: Laars is a skinny punk, dirty and rude. He has blue eyes and nondescript features. He perpetually has a cigarette hanging from his lips in spite of the New York Anti-Smoking laws. Laars doesn't like anyone and makes no effort to hide it. Maybe his parents didn't hug him. Bio: Laars is from Sweden, he moved to New York for no particular reason and was happy to see that his Euro was worth a lot of money.
