Out of many of her responsibilities Toni enjoyed the border walks the most, they weren't exactly needed since the borders were open to almost everyone. As it went Joshua had spoke of finding what was left of a body ripped to shreds and what was left of it partially buried, obviously the attack was a werewolf but surely not done by a member of Gli Animali, a rogue was roaming their borders and whomever it was happened to be clever enough to attack on a rainy day. While these attacks were rare so close to their territory it wasn't unusual, there were some that enjoyed rattling the tiger's cage, so to speak.

The time was about six in the evening and her little walk was almost done, if it could be called little considering the Cheetah had spent the day walking around the edges of two cities. Several others were taking watch around though she hadn't crossed paths with them. With the patrol officially over Toni made her way through Central Park, purring loudly to be in one of her favorite places. The cat in her craved to stretch its muscles as the days of the full moon had less than a week to make an appearance, she could feel it and oh was it delicious. Toni rolled her shoulders, sadly while this was her territory the humans that they had in Central Park were still quite timid and the site of a large cheetah roaming around would cause chaos.

Instead she ran her fingers through her copper tresses as blue eyes found interest in a man using his abilities for money. The flames mirrored in Toni's pupils as she moved forward, taking a seat in the grass next to some others who had the smell of humans to watch the man. He wasn't the first to do this and certainly wouldn't be the last but one who could create fire at their fingertips was a rare sight for anyone. Everyone seemed to like him, but obviously he was still human even if he could play with fire. No thoughts came to their mind that he could easily be batshit and planning to burn them, not to say that he was. The topic was a sour one for Toni when she knew that if she changed into her animal form the humans would probably try to kill her if they had the chance.
