Getting Started

The chill of late christmas still hangs in the air, the rains are scattered through the day leaving clouds cluttering the skies. While it makes for beautiful scenery, it leaves the world below struggling to get the warmth the sun has to offfer. The air is damp, as if nature is crying over the suffering the mutants are currently enduring.

The lovely psychopath, Niki, is a new addition to Angie's army of characters. While having spent most of her life locked away in a house of abuse and fear, Niki escaped to the streets after mirror-walking abilities emerged and has been living freely as a runaway since. Her time on the streets was spent stalking the people of the outside world, and latching onto families that harbor the same dark secrets hers had been poisoned by. As a character, Niki is still being explored, her emotional void contradicts her urge to care and be cared for, which makes for an interesting play.

Over the years their chances have come and gone, when one was able the other was not, but no matter how many barriers had been placed between them, Logan and Jean remained drawn together, yet always separate. It stands to reason that in Jean's time of need, she would turn to the only other man who had won a place so close to her heart. But in doing so, was she somehow betraying Scott? They continue to struggle with this idea, loyal to the end, but desperate not to be alone... where would this lead, and are they ready for it.

Outer Grounds / Front Hall Protected by an advanced alarm system and large stone walls that surround the school. Gardens and then lakes and a boat house, a lot of students and X-Men come here to relax. All guests and new comers are greeted at the front steps by a student of the X-teams or faculty. |

Family Dormitories | Private & Student Dorms Family Apartments: Usually three bedrooms (or two with a spare room that can be a study if not a bedroom), though there are rooms for larger or smaller families as well and are spacious enough to allow for minor renovations. The main room for the parent has it's own bathroom and shower, the bed rooms have their own inbuilt wardrobes and an open plan kitchen and dinning room / lounge area. There's a laundry and a decent sized bathroom in every apartment. Student Rooms: Some students share rooms, many others are in a room for themselves, younger ones commently share. |

The Teams Dormitory Where those in training to become future X-men are housed. Each team has their own 'Hall' and in these halls are were the team will live, work, study, play and drive each other insane. The bedrooms a little smaller then normal students rooms yet also have their own bathrooms for privacy sake. The main areas of the Halls are large, spacious and offer a Kitchen, laundry room, and two additional large rooms; A 'study' or relaxing area and the other designed for entertainments. |

Offices, Classrooms & Hallways A maze of connecting hallways that twist and turn through the great Institute. There are secret passes located along the walls in various areas for emergency escapes. Classrooms and Faculty Offices can also be found along these halls, names on the doors list the teachers who own the office. |

Medical Bay / Science Lab Where McCoy spends most of the hours studying, researching and testing, come here for medical or scientific help. Often Hank has Talia or Paige aiding him as his nurses since of late McCoy has appeared more tired with all the stress going on. |

Student Facilities and Other Places The Library, Study Hall, Kitchen, Dining Hall, Recreation Room and everything else in the Mansion can be found here. Rumour has it that Xavier was working on an indoor cinema for his students who find it more difficult to get out and about. These rumours caused quite the excitement, and have many students hoping for Xavier's recovery. |

The Advanced Medical Lab This restricted medical room is used for the most serious of injuries or when treating a potentially dangerous or suspicious captive, or guest that needs special treatments. It helps keep the students out of harms way and enables better security for any captives that are in need of medical help. This area also runs on a seperate power source as is the security systems in case of emergences. |

The Hanger & Danger Room The hanger is where the Blackbird as well as the smaller X-Jets and other forms of transport the X-Men use while on missions. Teams often meet up here before they head out, there's a locker room for changing and storing clothes and personal items as well as a shower rooms for when people want to clean up after a mission. The danger room is a state of the art training facility with technology supplied from the Shi'ar, there are four rooms known as "Alpha", "Beta", "Delta" and "Omega" training rooms. The Omega Training Room is restricted to Full Fledged X-men and is able to have it's safety restrictions removed. |

The War Room & Holding Cells The Map Room, more commanly known as the War Room, this is where the X-Men gather to discuss important situations and events. Only Team leaders and Official X-men are generally permitted into the room unless a student or guest is vital to the discussions. The War room tends to glow green when the holo projector is in use. The holdng cells are for the violent captives or individuals who are proving a threat to those around them. While not often used it does have top end security and Hank makes every effort to keep the systems in pristine condition. |

The Dorms and Guest Rooms Located on the 2nd floor, where all the members of the brotherhood are given rooms that are simple and filled with only the core basics, a bed, the closet and side tables. It's up to the occupants to furnish and clean their rooms more to their tastes. There are monthly inspections on the first weekend of every month, be prepared or suffer hefty chores! |

The Basement While not as high tech advanced as their rivals, the X-men, the brotherhood have sectioned off their basement with both a meeting room for their private gatherings and even a holding cell for those who they bring home unexpectantly. |

Front Yard & 1st Floor Rooms The yard has partially dried grass and an old picket fence which surrounds it, the once white painted coating has chipped away to reveal mostly the grey wood beneath. The drive way stores up to three cars, the garage houses Mystique's personal collection and Phoebe's motobike sits in the shaded cover next to Sabertooth's personal car and bike. Others are forced to park outside the shade, though no one is allowed on the grass! The Entrance hall is rather small, the doorway opens to a small area with a set of stairs which lead up to the rooms and top floor, with the kitchen doorway directly to the left and the lounge doorway directly to the right of the entrance. A path goes straight ahead beside the stairs to the back half of the house, where another larger room servers as the 'Rec Room', and even sports an old table tenis table (with one bat and no balls) and a pool table (Sabes puts the fear in anyone who don't take the best of care while using it). |

Harmony This small town is often driven by with little notice, it seems just the average every day town, full of Sunday markets and low key nightclubs. Of course, behind this mask lies a dark secret, while not all the inhabitants are bad, most are related, by birth or powers, to the supernatural. A dark charm keeps hidden the infamous local 'Black Market', where almost anything can be purchased. |

Massachusetts Academy With eating areas, both inside and out, lots of trees and also wide open spaces, there's 3 large ovels on different sides of the school, mostly used for sport practice during lunch and after school. A statue sits in the centre of the driveway just outside the front door which was developed in honour of Ms Emma Frost. The Headmistress is Angelina Fontain, a mysterious woman who does her best to keep mutats in her school a secret to the rest. The Initiative have been discovered as using this school as one of many of it's recruiting grounds for young teens into its agency. |

Agamemnon Corp. & Obsidian Tech. The grounds around Agamemnon Corporation are guarded, and well kept. Infront of the entrance to the building is a large fountain, there's a large parking Lot around the building, with patches of green gardens that lined the road. Cole Turner's pent house is located on the top floor, a large amount of human workers spend their days unaware that they're working on one of the most well known and oldest demonic agency in the history of New York. |

The Initiative's Underground Base The Base itself spans far beneath New York, it has various locations through the city and plucks bright and eager youths from schools in order to fill its ranks. Demon Hunters by trade, they both hunt and capture inhumans in order to both learn and protect the world. Their methods however have been frowned on and they have lost many ties with the government, leaving them to find more unsavioury partners. |

Watchers' Council & Liberty X HQ A group of people who study the unnatural phenomenons as well as the supernatural. They tend not to intervine, as their name suggests, they mostly watch and help when things seem serious. An hour's drive from the school, this large building complex is home to one of the richest Mystic Mutants in the world. However no one is aware of this, the top secret base of the new crime fighters calling themselves 'Liberty X', with over forty floors, this HQ houses both the most high tech of devices.. ranging from Business to recreational activities. |

Abandoned Warehouses Bordering on both the edge of New York and Harmony, this open land is privately owned, and few trespassers dare enter the area. While a few seeminly deralic Warehouses still stand, it is clear to that activity - though discreet - still occurs upon this land. Most people in nearby towns figure the Warehouses are abandoned, and a caretakers swings by occasionally to check up on it. The truth however, is another thing entirely. |

Morlock Tunnels The long winding sewer passageways have bcome the only escape for some mutants who's appearence are so different that they have been targeted for it. As a result, years ago a small group had taken refuge below, and over those years have grown into a small community of it's own! |

Savage Land, Genosha and Muir Island Savage Land: A land lost in the past, dinosaurs roam wild and tribal mutants remain scattered through the land. Sinister did many mutant experiments down here, most are either loyal or rebelling against the genetic scientist. Genosha: A mutant populace following the leadership of Magneto, mutants rule here, and this is a paradise that Magneto will not allow to suffer while under his rulership. Muir Island: A medical research facility specifically designed for mutant welfare and studies. |
