The mission of the Brotherhood of Mutants is to create a safe and comfortable environment for mutants that is complete with the same civil rights as humans. The Brotherhood of Mutants advocates for mutant citizens, making sure all feel valued and supported, and encourage mutual respect among the race and require personal responsibility.

The Brotherhood of Mutants is a mutant rights group that is responsible for many of the mutant protests in the streets of New York. In their eyes, they no longer see the point of trying to destroy all of human-kind. Their main focus now is to get the same rights for mutants that humans have and, if this is impossible, they just want to be left alone.
