When news hit the airwaves that the Mutant Registration Act and the development of the ‘cure’ were passed by the Senate, mutant riots broke out all over New York City. Mutants and humans clashed in the riot of Times Square, which left three humans and one mutant dead. The ‘cure’ was turned into a weapon as a means to control the mutant population and to give the humans a way to fight back against them. Many see this was the move that started the war. The NYPD has new orders, “Shoot any mutant on sight who has demonstrated to be a threat against yours or any other citizens’ life.”

Nearly twenty years later, Charles Xavier's mission has changed entirely. He now knows there is no hope for mutant and human-kind to get along. Not after the League of Humanity has made it their mission to destroy mutant life on Earth. Charles' mission now is a simple one - keep them safe. His school has been expanded and tripled in size. Mutants from all over the world happily live under his protection. His hope is that, one day, someone in power will realize not all mutants are out for human destruction.

Meanwhile, the Brotherhood of Mutants has also changed their outlook on life. The older members still stand strong, forever loyal to Magneto and his cause, but with all new, younger members, and an older and wiser leader, the groups purpose has shifted. They believe mutants deserve to live in this world as any human would, with rights and job opportunities and happiness. Though Magneto, the group is striving to create separate organizations and living communities for mutants only. They wish to keep humans and mutants segregated as much as possible.

The mission of the Black Watch is simple: destroy the humans. Destroy any mutant that wants to get in their way. Their leader, Calder Rattray, Cyclone, has no time for mercy or cooperation, he wants results. He thinks Magneto has gone weak over the years and that Charles Xavier and his merry men are a joke. He wishes only to instill fear into the hearts of anyone who is stupid enough to oppose him.

Which side will you chose? Will you fight with Charles Xavier and X-Men in a last ditch effort of peace? Will you fight with Magneto for a secluded world only for mutants to live in peace with one another without the trouble or abuse of humans? Will you fight for the destruction of humanity and the rise of mutants as rightful rulers of the planet, like Cyclone and the Black Watch desire? Or will you join the League of Humanity and stop these monsters once and for all? The choice is yours.
