Campus Grounds
Now that the school has grown to a full campus, it holds a pool, a maze, and couple of gardens, in addition to all of the class and housing buildings. Tennis courts, stables, swimming pools, a large lake, and even part of a mountain range is part of the scenery.

Medical Center
Injured students and staff are here. It has several beds lined up along the walls for easy access to the wounded, and it's equipped to handle a cold straight to a surgery if needed. The doctor's office is here as well. Moira and her science concentrated students do much of their research here.

Danger Studio
Several Danger Rooms Spread out across an entire building. Different groups can use simulations at the same time. Practice makes perfect. It's really only used for X-men alone, but sometimes students will be granted access. It's a very rare thing, though, so don't be caught snooping around here without an adult.

Pierce Hall
The Residence Hall reserved for students ages 13 and under. Four older students are placed as RA's in this hall to keep the peace.

McTaggert Academic Hall
This large building has nearly all of the tiny campus's classroom inside of it.

Xavier's Mansion
The original school building is now at the entrance to the campus. Xavier's Mansion is mostly a Residence Hall to the staff, but also is a place where the students might cook food or spend their spare tim on the lower floors. |

Grounds
 The Brotherhood Mansion is guarded by constant security. From the outside, it looks very bare with the exception of a garden and a small fountain. The mansion is basically hiding in plain sight, and, unlike his nemesis Charles, Magneto's HQ is in the middle of New York City. |

First Floor
The main floor. The Brotherhood eat, workout and socialize here. You'll also find the kitchen, great hall, lounge, library, and gym on this level. There is no hired cook in the house, so it's really up to whatever you can make yourself. Everything's high-tech. |

Second Floor
The Brotherhood dormitories. It's really only used for sleeping and resting, though some hide within. One granted to each member, decoration is at a minimum.

Basement
Hidden behind a tapestry, there is a door that reveals an elevator. Here you will find the medical bay, the gym/Danger Room, Cerebro II, and basically anything else the Brotherhood is willing to hide.

 Unlike the other two factions, the members of Black Watch do not all live in the same place. They do have a building in which they meet that many of their members spend a lot of time in.

The houses of the members aren't in plain sight. They are scattered about the inner city and suburbs of New York in seemingly unoffensive neighborhoods where they keep their heads down and no one bothers them.
