I noticed the raider delegate Oud-Heverlee Leuven of TNI that was holding Belgium had begun ejecting his support slowly about 6 hours before update. At first I took it he was just ejecting nations he did not know, but after a while it was apparent what was happening. The only thing I was wondering was if the raid was just ending, or would all of them be in TRR before update which would be a bad thing. Course right before update, they all got sent, and the delegate moved. I made a few calls out, and orders for The Obsidian Order to move. Also TITO, and UDL, and FRA moved in to my suprise. Also Balder, and Osiris sent some. I learned later that TP sent some troops which was appreciated.
Now I did not have any doubt it would only be a temporary thing, but the help ensured that the occupation would not last a single update. Within 5 minutes after seizing the delegate seat of TRR, they were done for, and they knew it. The amount of support that came in put me close to 30 more endorcements than the raiding delegate. Also why they claimed it would only be for 1 update. It was that obvious before the WFE was changed. I have no doubt that if they could have held it longer they would have. It would have been much bigger for them if they could have. That is one reason we never released a statement about the issue. It never really effected us in any real way. They can rant, and rave, brag, and boast, but what they did was not original, and if the NS worlds shortest term raid is worthy of bragging about, then I know alot of raiders who are falling behind on the bragging rights.
Now that it's over, and we can get a better picture of what this all means. I will say the raid showed us that the GCR's are more closely knit than most realized. That we can be a force unto ourselves. Also that it is in our best interests to stick together.
