August 21, 2006: Due to inactivity, I have seen fit to implement a new rule. From now on, if an incomplete Character Biography is posted, the user will have one week to update it before it is Trashed. Also, I have sent out PMs to all inactive members.

Okay, right now I only have three things to say.

1: We have a new rule in place. As of now, incomplete Character Biographies will be Trashed after one week.

2: Just as a reminder, please be active. I have sent out PMs to all inactive people.

3: NCC seems to be needing a bit of a makeover. So, post here with what you feel could be changed.
