M O D E R A T O R . A P P L I C A T I O N

Hello members of Monachikos. You may have noticed Mell seems a bit overrun with work these days. And with school approaching that isn't likely to change. So I'm looking for a bit of help around here. But that is what I'm after here. Help. Moderating isn't going to be a glamorous or easy job around here. I'm anal. I'm going to be keeping you busy. And I'm going to be even tougher on you than on normal members. So if you want to hang out and take it easy, get things easily, I'd suggest you remain a normal member. But if you're willing to work, and you want to help out around here, please read on.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S
* * Time. Obviously wanting to help is one thing. Having the ability is something else. If you can't make that time commitment, best to just hang out until you can.
* * Awareness of invisionfree code and moderator options. Though if you learn fast this isn't a problem. I'm mostly going to be asking you to keep lists up to date and move threads around when needed.
* * Behavior. Good behavior. Being real serious here. I want you to know the rules and follow them to the letter. Staff don't get exceptions. They get more harshly judged.
* * Creative input. On occasion I may call on mods to run a hatching or a pet giveaway. That requires design and writing skills.


M O D . D U T I E S
* * Primarily as stated to keep lists up to date. Mods are also involved in the monthly cleaning. More information will become available to mods once they have been chosen.
* * As mentioned, Mods may help with hatchings or pets. But generally not dragons or whers. More things like firelizards.
* * Mods may be called on to help run plots. But they are not necessarily aware of all major plots in action or planned.
* * Mods may check over and approve characters. Remembering that they must read the entire profile and make sure all of it fits the canon.
* * Generally mods help Mell keep things in order. And keep Mell in order. Very necessary job, that.
