Through the forest we go, Whaat?! I have to walk through this?!

Sander stared at the imposing forest in disbelief.
"You can't be serious," He groaned, tail flicking wildly back and forth. "I actually have to go through this unbeauteous thing?"
"<That would be the general idea.>" Crystal told him, having appeared out of her Pokeball to observe the forest as well. Though not any more of a fan of woods then Sander, she wasn't about to encourage his complaining. Sander sighed discontently before brightening up.
"Oh well! At least after this we get through this... forest... we'll be in Celisay town, and the first contest awaits us! They'll all be stunned by our magnificence!" He cried, marching off toward Rubyan. Crystal sweatdropped, before shrugging and following her coordinator.

Even though the forest might seem long, boring, and dirty, it was a good place to train and catch some new pokemon. Who knows maybe you will come across one of the three very rare pokemon around here. But right now all you saw was a Caterpie and a Weedle. It looks like the Weedle is bullying the little Caterpie.

Sander frowned, he'd never been a big of bullies. It reminded him of all the times people fun of him for his Pokemorph ears, whether it be behind his back, but so his sharp ears picked it up, or right in his face. Of course, he didn't have it nearly as bad as some, but still...
"Hey!" Sander called out, loudly. "Leave the Caterpie alone!"

The Weedle turned around looking at you. Because of this it gavr Caterpie a little time to run and hide. Weedle started to shoot Poison Stings around you. They where not meant to hurt you, just to frighten you.

Sander leaped back in horror as he felt the sticky substance cover him. Spluttering indignantly, Sander took a step back to wipe the sticky netting off his face.
"Alright, you asked for it!" Sander shouted furiously, using his tail to brush off more string shot. "Crystal, use tackle attack!"
"Your wish is my command." Crystal stated with dry amusement as she gazed at Sander, before heading forward to attack the Weedle.

[Ninja]

The Weedle just snickered and shot some more sticky string at Crystal. She let out a cry, struggling and floundering like a fish out of water (no pun intended). Now the bug took his sweet time to scuttle forward and blast her with a Poison Sting! The Corsola yelped, but luckily the barbs cut into her silky trap, allowing her to stumble forward and Tackle into the unsuspecting Weedle!

Crystal: Less than Normal, -1 Speed
Weedle: Below Normal

Sander frowned, he was a creator of beauty, not a rabble rouser. This was sheer stupidity. And yet the Weedle had gotten his beautiful person dirty. Stupid bug.
"Use tackle again Crystal, watch out for the string attack!" Sander called out.

Cyrstal prepared to dodge the String Shot, but it never came. INstead Weedle used Poison Sting. It hit hurting Crystal. Crystal now mad ran with all her speed and Tackled the little Weedle. Both pokemon survived the turn,

Weedle: Weakened
Crystal: Weakened -1 Speed

Sander gritted his teeth, irritated.
"Use rock slide Corsola! Then follow up with another tackle!" Sander shouted, annoyed at the way things were going. The young Pokemorph absolutely hated losing. Or anything that resembled losing.

The Weedle cowered with fear, stepping back a few spaces, but the enraged Corsola wasn't about to let him go that easy- with a mighty heave, she sent a pile of rocks hurtling towards the bug! It sweatdropped and shot out a rope of String Shot, stopping the biggest one in its tracks. Weedle was about to rejoyce when the other rocks smashed down on him, burying the poor bug.
'Weeeeeeedle......' it moaned, which translated to
<Okay, I give up....> in Pokespeech. Crystal huffily walked back over to you, her job done.

Crystal gets 6 exp and 0.5 !
Weedle is now available for capture.

Sander laughed and leaped into the air, doing what he calle dhis 'victory dance'.
"Ha! Take that you dumb bug!" Sander said vindictively before leaning down and patting Crystal on the head. "Good job Crys. Let's get going." Crystal swelled, pleased, and followed along after Sander as they continued along the path.

[Ninja]

The Weedle shot one Poison Sting at the back of your head before you left. So much for 'take that'. And so you continue through this 'un-beautious' forest, looking around at all there is to see. Not long after you stumble across a bush... It's rustling madly. Want to check it out?

Still grimacing from the poison sting, Sander gave the rattling bush a disdainful look. Why'd it have to be so loud? Stupid nature. The sooner Sander got through this forest, the better.
"Let's go Crys." Sander growled, continuing on, but Crystal ignore him and edged towards the bush, genuinely curious. Exasperated, Sander turned back and gave Crystal an annoyed look.
"What are you doing Crystal? Let's go!!" Sander said loudly as Crystal cautiously oked the bush with one of her pink horns.

[Ninja]

And almost by signal, two pokemon came tumbling out of the bush! A Ledyba and a Bellsprout were wrestling horribly, the bug throwing punches while the sprout lashed out with it's roots. It seems they've got a disagreement to work out. Better break it up before someone get's hurt...

Sander rolled his eyes, annoyed.
"Irritating..." The noy mumbled under his breath. All the same, he didn't want to see the two Pokemon get hurt.
"Hey! Break it up you two!" Sander shouted to the Pokemon, while Crystal sweatdropped. Sander could be so clueless sometimes.
