All right, I bet some of you have seen a few people running around the forum with *NPC**NPC* in their name. These are NPCs, if you haven't guessed. They do not respond to PMs, so PLEASE refrain from PMing them. You can if you want to, but they will not be responding to them.
Anyway, these characters have their own special forums. If you wish to communicate with them, please go there. You can find their Forums in the NPC Lounge category located here here. Remember, though, even though they ARE NPCs, there ARE actual people controlling them, and those people WILL NOT be on 24/7, so DO NOT expect a response. Remember rule 14.
