Webmaster Group: Admin Posts: 6,478 Member No.: 2 Joined: 29-October 05	We're going to try to have the vBulletin forums back up and running this week, so I've decided to stop people from registering to this forum. There's really no point in setting up an account here, if you don't already have one, since it's going to go back offline as soon as the new forums are set up. Also there are just too many spammers signing on right now.

The new vBulletin forum is uploading to the site as I type this. After that, I have to install it and then start configuring the appearance, creating the sections, etc.

Because Yahoo isn't compatible with anything higher than PHP 4.3, I had to install an older version of the vBulletin software. Hopefully that wont cause problems with importing the old forums. If it does, then I guess we'll have no choice but to start over from scratch. In other words, everyone will have to reregister and all previous threads, PMs and other content will be lost (well, not necessarily "lost," because I'll still have the SQL file, just not very easy to access).

Actually, just until I reinstall them on the new forums, but if there is a smilie here that you want to be sure doesn't get lost in the transfer, make sure to save it and you can send it to me to install later.

I'm happy to report that the new forums are up and running right now, I just need to see if it's going to be possible to import the old forums.
