Halloween Ball/party

Alright, so it's not exactly a huge dramatic subplot, but it certainly has discussion points.

Like there will be costumes, buffet, music and dancing inside the hall.

Outside, the teachers could organise activities, but we'll need some suggestions for that.

Perhaps a prize for one costume per year for the best costume (this will be decided by lotto for fairness, obviously).

And we can list the costumes and people going here.

Costumes:

Armand von Brandt -> Devil.
Caela Switchwood -> Pirate.
James Potter -> Paul McCartney || The Beetles.
Jet Blackwood -> Dress robes/no costume.
Joseph Lewis -> Mad scientist.
Lily Evans -> Christine || The Phantom of the Opera.
Nanaia Lovegood -> Tinkerbell || Peter Pan.
Natsumi Aomori -> Wicked witch of the West || Wizard of Oz.
Regulus Black -> Salazar Slytherin.
Selena Pendragon -> Kimono/no costume.
Severus Snape -> Erik || The Phantom of the Opera.
Theodore Woods -> Robin Hood.
Valentina Nieves -> Red Riding Hood.

[Caela Switchwood]

Both Joseph Lewis and Caela Switchwood will be attending this ball. Joseph will be more than happy to be on the door to check there is no... Inappropriate behavior, or whatever other teachly duties will need doing, he shall be dressed as a mad scientist, complete with muggle surgical tools and magically splurting blood which wont cause a mess. Caelas outfit is yet undecided, so i will post here when it has been chosen

[Severus T. Snape]

Well Lily will probably drag Sev to this whether he wants to go or not. She may even convince him to dress up, although I haven't decided what / who he would go as if he absolutely needs to be in costume. If Lily doesn't care about that and he can just appear as himself then he would definitely attend for her sake since they're kind of rekindling their friendship now. But yeah, Severus will attend. I may add more if he needs to be in costume.

[James Potter]

James would probably wear a suit and say he was dressed up as Paul McCartney from the Beatles. I can completely imagine him and Sirius serenading the student body.

[Caela Switchwood]

Now that would be amazing and so should happen xD

[Lily Evans]

Lily will definitely ask Severus to come. ; )

Ideas so far include Erik and Christina from Phantom of the Opera. XD

[Selene Magire]

Selene will probably be there but I haven't decided what she'll dress up as.

If I can't come up with any other ideas, she might totally end up going as a geisha-type thing. But I dun... think she'd have the right clothing. Hm.

I'll have to give some more thought to her outfit, yes.

[Theodore Woods]

Regulus would so be egotistical and over the top and go as Salazar Slytherin! He'd so get into the part and dress accordingly.

Theodore would go as Robin Hood, bow and all. He'd look rather dashing methinks plus I think he'd enjoy doing so.

Nanaia is going to go as Tinkerbell from Peter Pan. She'd be a bit bashful about the short dress but she'd wear tights so she didn't feel so exposed.

Natsumi would go as the Wicked Witch of the West. She's not above joining in costume dressing if teachers like Joseph will do it

Valentina will go as Red Riding Hood.

Briar will go as Catherine from Wuthering Heights.

Sirius is not certain what the 'Beetles' are and why Muggles would name their band after an insect, but he has been assured that they are brilliant and he trusts James' judgement. He'll dress up as the Muggle known as John 'Lemon'.

I don't have any ideas for Cecilia, although I remember that her costume will be a masked one... I think it'd be kind of cute if she and Armand coincidentally wore complementing costumes, whatever that might be.

Well... I think Jill will attend? I have no idea as what though, so I'll just make it up as I go! 8D
