A Strange Meeting

[Azeroth]

"Honor?" Serlon snorted. "What is honor? While you stand there saluting your enemies, they'll kick you in the privates. Oh, but that's not what you're referring to, is it? Your honor is setting everything right again by a few simple words, eh? Tell me, even if I apologize, will your precious ale be returned to you? I think not. What is a couple of words to you? The world isn't as simple as you are, stranger."

Serlon took a couple of steps away, since the barbarian had kindly cleared a path for him. "Oh yes, one more thing...I'm Elven, and I couldn't care less why a barbarian such as yourself left your home."

[White Thanatos]

Josh was getting more and more angry when he heard the words, but when the swordsman got to the elven part, he lifted his head and yelled, "...You're elven?! I can't believe it! You're the first..of your kind..that I've seen. Tell me, what happened to your kind..as I have heard many legends and myths back in the tundra." Josh slowly jogs and catches up to the blind swordsman, trying to find out what were elves like.

[Azeroth]

"What do you mean what happened?" said Serlon, not slowing nor turning around. It wasn't that hard for the barbarian to keep up anyways. "We've been pretty much as we've always been, except for perhaps a couple more disagreements nowadays since talks of war. So I assume, anyways. I haven't been in contact with the rest of them for awhile. They don't like it when I sough companionship with humans back a century or two ago, and they've never forgiven me for it even though those human friends are long dead. It matters little to me in any case..."

[White Thanatos]

As Josh walks behind the swordsman, he smacks his fist down onto his palm and declares, "So those rumors of elves living for so long ARE true!" But as Josh says that, something triggers in his head. "Wait a...a CENTURY or TWO?! That's...not what I heard...hmm..your lack of human contacts may not bring me to the person I need to find but..."Josh stops mumbling with himself and quietly follows the elven swordsman hoping to somehow run into the shaman by some mere chance and to spectate this swordsman to see how well he fares in life with other humans.

"If I cannot lead you to your destination, then why follow me?" growled Serlon, feeling paranoid at the steps that followed his. It's been a long time since anyone's step had followed his except as an attacker. He was a Elf who preferred to be in the background, letting the world fly by without his interferrence in it. It was his wish that the world would do to the same. Thus, the consistent sound of someone else's footsteps echoing his own was somewhat disconcerting. He walked faster.
