Ever since he first saw her, BENNETT has had a crush on SILVIAN - not that he would ever tell her, of course. So when he comes to the conclusion that he'll never have her, he goes out of his mind with rage and grief... And decides that if he can't have SILVIAN, no one can. BENNETT creates a plan, involving drugging her and then dumping her into the pool. All evidence will be disposed off, and there will be no witnesses... However, he wasn't expecting KATCH to find her in the water and save her.

KATCH takes an immediate attraction to SILVIAN, even from the disturbing terms on which their lips first met as he performed CPR. KATCH takes matters into his own hands and starts hunting down BENNETT, while SILVIAN recedes from the world, unable to accept her own fear.

Meanwhile, BENNETT has been hiding in the shadows, watching the whole thing. When KATCH approaches him, he cuts right to the chase with blackmail - if KATCH and SILVIAN report him, he'll report them for an illegal relationship between an adult and a teen, not to mention a worker and a student. Thus, they're all stuck in a truce... Until BENNETT demands one more thing: SILVIAN has to date him.

Will BENNETT get over his obession and remember how to be SILVIAN's friend? Can SILVIAN and KATCH find a way to be together? And how can KATCH let BENNETT get away with his crimes?
