Race Suggestions If you come up with an idea for a Lavatian Race, this is the place to post it. Wether it has a picture or not. You can post Race Idea's here in the same format as the official races are posted on the Lavatian Races board. If youre Race is widely regaurded as a good idea, or just seems good and all that jazz. Plot Updates and Teasers This is where we, as the lovely Admin that we are, will sometimes post a hint, or a teaser to something in the plot to come. Picture Request We all know that at some point, someone or other is going to see a certain race from Levation and - aside from choosing to have they're character be that race - will want to put markings or colors unique to their character in the picture. Here is where you can put a request up for those such pictures. Both Admins may be posting up races. As such, the Admin who has created the race that you are requesting a picture of will reply to your request. Don't be intimidated to ask for one of these pictures, its what this board is for! |

Mythology The stories from The Unknown. This is the type of story that the inhabitants of Lavation take much more seriously than Folklore. And that in itself says something, as many-a-times Lavatians will take most Folklore stories quite seriously as well. Unlike Folklore, Mythology has barely to none of a hint towards the 'child fable' feeling. Mythology stories can end in either good ways, or bad. And sometimes the stories of Mythology do not even close out entirely: Stories such as 'Legends' and such that may fortell of incidents to come. The origins of the stories of Mythology are not able to be traced. You may spend your entire life going from story-teller to story-teller, asking where they've heard the tale, and so on so forth. But unlike Folklore, you will never find the first story-teller to speak of a tale of Mythology. The origins are unknown, as if the stories of Mythology are simply known by story-tellers, and have never been told to by one person in particular. |

Folklore The stories of the people of Lavation. This type of story is one that is most of the time circulated by the inhabitants of Lavation. Many a times, the story's of Folklore are even made up by the inhabitants. Alot of times they're simple little things to explain something that isn't fully understood. Folklore tends to have a 'child fable' feel to it, and most of the time ends in a happy sort of way - though of course there are times when the folklore ends in a sad sort of way. With Folklore, it is always able to track down the origin of the stories, even if doing so does take quite awhile. Eventually, wether it be just from asking the person you've heard the Folklore from, or from years upon years of tracking the folklore down through various story-tellers, the origin of the story is able to be found. In essence, man of these Folklore storys are the Urban Legends of Lavation. Note: If your character or you comes up with a story that you think would be a good Folklore story, feel free to put it in the Commentory Box, or in a PM to Destiny; and in all likelyhood, it'll be added with credit to the writer. |

Ferals of Lavation. This is where Ferals will be posted. Ferals are inhabitants of Lavation that are not intelligent enough to be considered a Race. On earth, creatures such as this would have been called 'Animals'. Ferals are used for various things, just as Animals were on Earth. They can be used for food, companionship, etc. |

The Arctic Trelishar The Northernmost part of Lavation, and one of the coldest. It's covered in snow all year round, but the temperatures aren't always that cold. Many times the temperature is equal to that of Spring in New England here on Earth, so it's still cold, but not horribly so. It is beleived that the legendary Etherial known as Destiny resides on this area of Lavation, for it is the 'highest' point of the world (longitude wise), and he will be able to view all of Lavation, and make sure it goes well. The Forests of Acerio This forest is a mixture between Desidious trees, and pine trees. If you were to pay a visit to the New England of our Earth, the forests there would look much like Acerio does here on Lavation. The Shores of Irnelia A tropical region if you ever saw one, the Shores of Irnelia are always warm and pleasent to reside in. The Rainforests of Arshinar The rainforest is located a ways off beaches of the Shores of Irnelia. For those who are brave enough to climb to the tops of the tree-filled canopy, there is a wonderful view of both the sunrise, and sunset. And the view of the canopy from up above alone is a site to see, for it seems as if the 'sea' of green foliage goes on forever. The Desert Plains of Rithica One of the driest, most barren places in Lavation(obviously). Many Lavatians who decide to travel through this Territory return with stories from the Rithicans that the two Etherials - Fate and Destiny - have been seen here. Because of this, it's beleived that maybe - from the lack of life in the desert, and thus the lack of witnesess - Fate and Destiny use Rithica as one of their more common places to dwell. Antarctic Leshtirar The southernmost part of Lavation, and by far the coldest. Unlike Trelishar, this area is cold all year round. Deathly cold, at many times. The temperature's here are always freezing, and only pets that have adapted to this area of the world are able to reside here for long periods of time. It is beleived that, like his brother in the north, the legendary Etherial - Fate - resides in this area of the world. For since it is the lowest area of Lavation (longitude wise), he is able to sneak up on any area of the world and create all sorts of chaos.
