Chase Jackson
Chase is a difficult case; he has a very hard time getting close
to people both physically and emotionally. He practically freaks
out when he finds himself sexually attracted to men and only has
the guts to act on it when drunk. Even then once he gets down to
business he can’t perform. He was sexually abused as a child and it isn’t
something that he has ever dealt with. He has no problem sleeping
with women when he is drunk and normally sneaks out before the girl
wakes up the next morning. He has no interest in relationships because
he’s scared though he is very lonely. He has a few friends, can be kind
and pleasant but he isn’t the bleeding heart type. He sometimes lets
his roommate drag him to clubs and bars but not often.
He is normally busy throwing himself into his work at his bookstore, which he is the most important thing in the world to him, even when times are bad he refuses to sell it. He also works as a big brother to underprivileged children and would love to be a foster parent but knows he drinks too much to really be able to take care of a child. He smart, he avoids confrontations and generally keeps to himself when meeting new people. He needs a few close friends, maybe an enemy and clearly some past and present fuck buddies.
UPDATE:
Chase has started t deal with his past with the help of his roommate and boyfriend Alex. Lovers are off the table and he is a little more friendly then he has been in the past.

Katya reads a lot and would probably be a frequent costumer in his bookstore. So they'd possibly know each other on a shopkeeper/costumer lever and have chatted a few times about good books. In fact it could be fun if they had this kind of relationship where they don't really know much about each other other than the fact that they often converse about the books they read while she is browsing for new ones. Of course later they could get better aquainted but for a start I think this could be fun, what do you think?

Sure I can see that, the shop is Chase's life and he loves to read so books would be something he loves to talk about. Also he's the only one that works at the shop right now so she'd always see him

Fuck buddy if you're open to it. They could have met at a bar once, then they just keep running into eachother. Naomi doesn't put anything on her lovers so other wise she'd treat him as a friend. Up to you.

He is actually in a relationship right now with Alexi but past fuck buddies would be great if that's okay with you? If they kept running into each other they may have hooked up a few times or something?
