Fate Gave Me a Chance

Prologue: Hyunjung and Sangmyung visited Korea in the winter for a while. A few days before we were going to leave, we heard that there was a fire in the Ventura County area where we live and burned most of the houses. Also, the planes are stuck in the snow and all departures were delayed. So they had to stay in Korea for a WHOLE YEAR!

Chapter 1:

Hyunjung’s POV:

“Sangmyung, I’m bored to death!” I said and poured ice cold water on my face.
“We already did all the things we wanted, so I’m thinking!” Sangmyung sighed.
I was tired, bored, and tired, bored, and tired… you get the point. We did go to a Super Junior concert which was fun but we can’t spend that much money for two more expensive tickets.

Out of the blue I shouted,” SM!” over and over again. I took a breath and started again. I don’t know what’s gotten into me!
“ OK! I get the point…wait…what is it that you want?” Sangmyung asked kinda confused.
“Let’s try out SM for once. If we are going to stay here for nothing, that would be stupid.” I said.

Sangmyung’s POV:

Is she crazy?! Wait a minute… I know what’s going on…she wants to meet SuJu. What a great idea! I could be with my dream boy, Donghae. Another wait came in my head…

“What are we going to tryout for?” I asked curiously.
“Definitely singing and dancing. And acting…just for fun!!!” Hyunjung said.
I loved the acting part. I have a great sense of humor.
“Great. We’ll go to the Studio tomorrow at 3. It’s a Saturday!!!” I exclaimed.

Hyunjung’s POV:

I jumped up and down around the hotel lobby. People stared at me.

Oops!

I ran to the room and jumped there. That night, I couldn’t sleep. I was nervous and excited at the same time.

I was ready.

Chapter 2:

Sangmyung’s POV:

I rubbed my eyes. It’s a sunny day and the house is squeaky clean. I don’
t know why I just thought of that. For an hour, I thought of a song for the SM thingy.

I hummed a tune while I prepared candy and donuts for breakfast. Hyunjung came in.
“What’s for breakfast?” Hyunjung moaned. “Candy!” I said.
“Again?” Hyunjung groaned. What’s wrong with candy? Hyunjung turned on the TV. It said something about a contest. At 3:00pm. Hyunjung slowly turned his head to me.
“Did you want to audition at 3:00pm on purpose?”
“I thought of a song.” I said smiling. Hyunjung’s face lit up.
“Let’s practice!”

2:00pm

Hyunjung’s POV

Let’s get ready. I put on my best outfit and practiced once more.

When we left to SM, SM had a drummer, and keyboarder provided. We did our song and did our fancy moves. They gave a script to us and we acted pretty well. We went home and I hope we win.

Few days later, we got a call…
“Hello, this is a SM judge and I would like to speak with Hyunjung and Sangmyung.” the phone said.
“Yes, speaking.” I answered. “Well, we admired your singing, dancing, and acting. You WON!”

First, my jaw opened wide. Then I screamed on the phone.
“What’s wrong?” Sangmyung said.
I ignored her.
“I expected that.” said the phone. “Sorry,” I spoke and hung up. “WE WON!” I squealed.
And then we were screaming our heads off until we became mute. “Cough-we-cough-won?” Sangmyung choked.
“Yep-cough” I answered. The manager yelled and complained for being so loud. We came to SM the next day. We were going to have a tour. Gosh…..SM sure was big……..o well. I GET TO BE FAMOUS!!!! And that’s good enough.
Anyways, we got to meet all the people in SM. Yes! Finally! I get to meet my favorite groups. EX. SUJU, TVXQ, Boa, CSJH. When we got to TVXQ, Xiah was showing of his cell phone.

Sangmyung’s POV:

Whenever I’m so nervous, I call my grandpa. He gives me good advice. I called, and right when I had contact with my grandpa, Xiah turned off his cellphone. Strange….
I told my grandpa that I’m meeting Xiah and that I made SM. He paused and said that to meet Xiah’s grandpa and my grandpa at the Korean BBQ restaurant. Another strange thing….

Anyways, we met Suju last. They were so cute. I noticed that Donghae was staring at me.

Chapter 3:
Donghae’s POV:

Look at that girl. I couldn’t take my eyes off her. She looked so…pretty.

“Hey, so you won the contest?” I said in a irresistible voice. Here goes my flirting skill.
“Yeah,” she said, blushing.
“Cool. Well, SM’s having a winter story album. By the way, what was your name?”
“Sangmyung.”
“Well, I hope I see you there.” I winked.

Somewhere else was another first-sight love going on…

Kibum’s POV:

There was the girl of my dreams. She’s the one I’ve been waiting for. I’ve never felt this way. This is really, really weird.

“I need to talk to you, Hyunjung.”
“Okay,” Hyunjung shrugged.
We went to a dark corner, as Donghae followed us.
“Privately.”
He groaned and walked away.
“D… do you want to go to the movies with me tomorrow night?” I stammered.
“S… Sure.”
She left and my whole body was shaking. Why did I ask her out? Why? I don’t know if I’m ready or not for this. We went home and I ran to the bathroom. Yes!! I thought. I kicked the wall with a smile on my face. I’m a different person. I’ll be weird and I won’t care. I think. I should practice my kissing. My lips touched the wall when Hankyung busted in the bathroom.

“Is everything okay? I heard a boom somewhere in… why are you kissing the wall?” Hankyung looked at me like I was crazy.
“I… I wasn’t kissing!” I have to think of something fast.
“Umm, uhh… I accidentally fell onto the wall, because I was tired. Yeah, that’s right.”
“All right, take it easy.” He left the bathroom leaving the door open.
Phew! That was close.

Few hours later, at the Korean BBQ restaurant…

Sangmyung’s POV:

When I arrived with Hyunjung, I saw Xiah and my grandpa. I hugged my grandpa while Xiah sighed. What’s wrong. Oh yeah… Xiah’s grandpa is not here. “Why isn’t Xiah’s grandpa not here?”
“He is here.”
“But you only reserved the table for 4 people. You, Xiah, Hyunjung and me.
”
Xiah whispered something in my grandpa’s ear. “She is ready. I just know it,” my grandpa said. For what? I asked him.
“Remember when you were young and your mom told you about a brother that ran away?” I gasped. It was him.

Gosh, Xiah's my brother? AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is so cool^^
Psh, Kibum is so weird>.< he got a date and he goes lunatic, haha.
I can tell I fell right for Donghae's flirting skills... *dreamy sigh*
