I was wondering whether anyone knew. I think I heard in one interview that someone said she was a christian, but I'm not sure.

What are your thoughts?

In a couple of magazine articles she was said to be a Christian, but until she opens up who can say for sure if she is a believer, or if it was said because her parents have a Christian background, therefore assuming she is.

I've never read in any of her interviews her mention her religion. She may celebrate Christmas, but that doesn't mean she is religious. Christmas can mean different things to different people. I am not Christian and I celebrate Christmas, but not for it's religious meaning. For me, it is a time when families can get together and celebrate the good things in life and just being together (kind of like an extended Thanksgiving so to speak), stuff like that.
I say stuff like "dear God" "oh my God", etc., but it's just an expression for me. She may very well be the same religion as her parents, but I wouldn't say for sure since I know some people try to find a religion that they like rather than going with something just because their parents are part of it.

She could be Christian and still study other things like Buddhism or Zen to expand her knowledge or for whatever reason. Just like I am mostly Agnostic, but I study Buddhism because a lot of what I believe in comes from Buddhism.

But you are right. Until she specifically states it, we really won't know for a fact and there aren't really a whole lot of reasons for any interviewer to venture into that territory.

She could not be a Christian but still believe in God.

Not to sound too critical because I'm sure its just harmless curiosity but I don't really care. As long as you are a decent person I don't care if you believe in a Christian God, a bunch of Greek gods or no god whatsoever.

Rose if you were wondering was a girl who was assigned to help Kristin with her roll as Naseem. They became good friends.

Same here. I don't think anyone here is going to stop being a fan of Kristin's if it turns out she isn't Christian or whatever other religion as long as she is a good person.

Oh not at all. I never sensed anything negative in your question. I hope you didn't feel like I was being hostile in any of my responses.

I meant no hostility either. I just felt the need to infuse my opinion on the matter.
