I just read it. Very interesting and she comes off very, very nice

I hope she doesnt want to get out of the business either. Limitless potential and talent are in her and I'd love to see her bring that out.

I read an interview similar to that except in it she said she loved living in Vancouver and didn't want to leave but would consider moving to LA if necessary, if it would help her career. Seems she has mentioned it more than once. But I have also read one where she stated she wasn't sure she would like being surrounded by all the Hollywood hoop-la because it had a way of changing one's perspective, and not for the better. I guess she is considering all the ballyhoo that permeates those living there. A smart thing to do.

I've read that before too, and it is a smart thing to do.

It kind of becomes a question of interests then, because, selfishly, I want her to keep acting, but if what she's been exposed to and the negative element are bad enough she thinks it may negatively affect her too, then she should probably get out. We're very lucky and fortunate to have her as sweet and kind as she's been for as a long as she's been with the nature of the business she's around.

I don't want her to stop acting. But if that's what she has to do to stop it from affecting her to become a primadonna or whatnot, then she needs to get out.

The interview where she stated she would move to LA if needed was in a interview back during the first season of Edgemont.

Back when she was REALLY green to the business.

Now fast forward 7 years later and the tune as of recent (if what that guy was saying is true) is different.

Very true. There always seem to be people who want to make it seem they are friends with the rich and famous. Usually though they will make a mistake unless they are for real to begin with. There have been more than a few post floating around the net from many people who claim to know Kristin or Mark. Probably less than 1% of the whole are even from Canada, much less Vancouver.

That's true here, but out there on the wide web no one knows who is who or where they are from, and that is where most of the derogatory junk if found.

Fellow KKWebbers, I have been thinking that we may really loose KK. She appears to not have another project in sight. She has always said that this, acting, may not be for her forever. She may be tired of so much adulation and she may be overwhelmed. Remember, she came at 18 years old and 6 years later she has been very busy. Snow White, Edgemont, Smallville, Eurotrip, Earth Sea, and Partition. She has been tremmendously successful. Too much too soon.

Have you all noticed that the first 4 or 4 and 1/2 years she has had constant news exposure and coverage. This magazine, the other and the other, and the other. TV interview in NYC, Vancouver, LA, and God knows where else. Given her wish for privacy she may feel all full of coverages. Not good for her privacy. In the last year and a half these coverage have decressed A LOT, A BIG LOT!!.

Now she has Mark to worry about and I have a feeling that our KK is really in love. She may be thinking College (CSI) and marriage. She may want to take a loooooong hiatus to ponder her future. In that hiatus we may very well loose her.

On the other hand if a future project becomes public and it starts half way 2007, then all the above concern is for naught. I am already crying with the possible loss of KK. Webmistress, go get your contacts so that you can give us a door to KK's private life away of actressing.

Life goes on. She will be gone after Season 7 of Smallville and most of her projects only show up in Canada and beyond. Besides Smallville she hasnt had much exposure to the US, so for me, being an American citizen, I won't see her in any of her projects after Smallville. All I can really say is that I wish her the best of luck.

How long have you been a fan of KK????? Let me see, Snow White an NBC (or CBS or ABC, whatever it was an American Channel) Smallville (6 years), Earthsea (in 2004) and a cameo on Eurotrip (Which is a US film). For the past 6 years she has been in American TV!!!!! And very prominent I may add. She has been on Regis and Conan and has been interviewed by many USA programs. Gave awards in 2004 with TW and has been in American magazines covers. I would definitely call that a lot of "exposure to the US"

Now, outside US, Edgemont. Only Edgemont???????

And Partition that has not premiered yet. Although it appears that is having problems with a USA distribution.

It seems to me that you are not too much knowledgeable about our KLK.

Oh well... I guess life goes on.

Her avatar is from an Edgemont interview or blooper or something I've asked her about it myself. Very cute. There's no shortage of that kind of thing with Kristin of course
