The rules of our world are simple and few. If you follow them, we will get along fine. If not, well I have some friends who can make life a little difficult for you. God Modding
I am the only God Mod, meaning that I am the only person on this board who can make characters do anything against their will. God modding can occur with expressed permission of the other party, and the thread must be annotated to this affect. If I see god modding occurring, I will enter the thread and all powers will cease from that moment until the offending post is edited or removed. Although I am a very organized person, I cannot catch every instance of infractions as they occur, therefore I encourage you to PM me if you feel the rules are being broken and I will respond as quickly as possible.

The Factions
There are 4 factions in this world, I will list them along with a brief description below. You must chose a faction when filling out your character sheet or you will be assigned one. You can move up within your faction, but you must RP your way into positions of power. Similarly, you may leave your faction if you are not pleased with it's direction or have been put in a faction where you are not happy, but again you must RP your way out of it.

We are an organization dedicated to finding and nullifying threats to the general public's safety.We employ both humans and mutants to help us in our task. As a member of the company, you will start out as an agent, your job will be to hunt down dangerous mutants and bring them in to our facility for rehabilitation or containment, depending on their mindset and their willingness to let us help them.

Thinly veiled as a research group, Linderman Corp is a cut-throat organization dedicated to finding ways to give and remove powers from individuals. On occasion they will help the Company or Pinehearst with their respective ventures for a price. Linderman Corp, at it's core, is a business and as such is cold and uncaring towards world at large.

Pinehearst is an organization who's sole purpose is for mutants to be put in places of power. Their ideal is that every position of authority should be filled by those possessing special abilities. Under the leadership of Molly Walker, Pinehearst has seen a great gain in popularity amongst the mutant populace, and has also made strides against the company, planting secret agents in our ranks and releasing our prisoners.
