THE MEMBER GROUPS

HUMAN
those without any remarkable ability above the capabilities of an ordinary human being, these are the average kids we all grew up with. they are not affiliated with any of the anti-superhuman or pro-superhuman groups and some may not even know all that much about superhumans to begin with. they're the doctors, the veterinarians and the baristas that make society function. humans may hate gifted, fear gifted or be completely accepting of them - it's completely up to you. just remember that there is a lot of unrest between the majority of human society and the superhuman people.

SUPERHUMAN
remarkable members of society, whether you are accepting of them or not, the superhumans hold a strange sort of fascination for many people. for all intents and purposes they are human beings, though they are a more advanced form and thus have been deemed 'homo superior' by scientist. no one really knows what it is they gives them their abilities, but it seems to be some sort of genetic mutation, for the most part, though some have been created in recent years through government tampering. superhumans in this member group are not allied with any of the superhuman organisations and are simple civilians.

VINDICTAM
a group of superhumanswho work to defend themselves and their own kind, the vindictam have become a group of elite manipulators, infiltrators, assassins and thieves. their intentions are well-meaning, for the most part, but their methods leave something to be desired. they train their members in the use of their abilities and send their most skilled individuals out to assassinate key members of anti-superhuman groups or those who would cause supers harm. their founder, noah valmont, has opened his mansion home to the organisation, creating a headquarters of sorts, a safe house and even allowing members to take up one of the many rooms in the building as their own to live among the safety that the home provides. the vindictam is not a legal organisation and keeps a relatively low profile to avoid being caught by the police and leaving their people defenceless, though there have been a few renegade members in the past.

CLEANSERS
a violent group of humans who, for varying reasons, have a problem with the superhumans in their society, the cleansers would wipe all superhumans from the face of the earth if they had the opportunity to do so. as stated previously, they are violent, showing no hesitancy in threatening, attacking or killing a superhuman should they discover one. they are chased by the authorities, perhaps more so by the G.I.S.T agency than the ordinary police force, but seem to have more members than any one had first imagined. they have a front through their founder's successful I.T company and should be avoided at all costs. if given the chance, they will kill a superhuman on sight.

FURLEY TECH WORKER
claiming to be working to the "betterment of society, both human and superhuman" furley tech is not nearly as harmless as they seem. they are, in fact, a group of scientists, mainly humans who work to discover what it is that makes a superhuman so advanced, what makes them tick and just how one might gain these abilities for themselves. some work under contract from the government to discover an easy was to eradicate the "superhuman threat. they are not above kidnapping superhumans to study and experiment on, and are certainly not what one might call a 'humanitarian' organisation. they mistreat their prisoners, don't often see them as people and will do whatever they feel needs to be done to get the answers they want. that said, however, many of the people working at furley tech have no idea what really goes on, or how bad it is for the supers in their 'care' and it may not surprise you to discover that some are even in this organisation to help those who have been captured, though they tread very carefully in fear of being killed, or worse, becoming one of the captives.

FURLEY TECH PRISONER
these poor creatures are all superhumans who have been captured, kidnapped or otherwise "acquired" by the scientists at furley tech to be used as lab rats and study materials as they try to discover what makes superhumans so special. they are mistreated, abused and often referred to as "things" rather an as sentient beings. some stay imprisoned and are experimented upon until they die, others are released when they are no longer interesting and a few have managed to escape, but know that should you end up here, you're life will be pretty bleak for quite some time. they want to know how far they can push you.

G.I.S.T AGENT
what started as a small group of polivce officers in a handful of cities across the globe, the G.I.S.T Agency or "Gifted Intelligence and Security Taskforce" has grown into a specialised branch of law enforcement. they are the officers who deal with cases involving superhumans, especially those involving their mistreatment. they are a pro-superhuman group who work to keep the peace between humans and superhumans. both superhumans and humans are able to find a place on the team and supers are permitted to use their abilities to assist in the solving of crimes, though it is advised to keep such use of abilities within the G.I.S.T building rather than use them on the street and cause further problems.
