Joy is my favorite, I like how the effects flow with the font, and the stock blends with the sig color wise. The shapes and the border style you use merge with the ensuing contrast especially well.
The other two, while I like the overlay effect, end up a bit hazy, which can make the ye glaze over. That's probably what you were going for, but it's nice to have a solid focal that draws the eye in each sig (the second suffers form the same slightly as well, but less so because of the contrast). It's not something I always abide by myself, but it's a good practice a lot of the time.
Just my thoughts though, signature criticism is a fairly selective bout.
