He had had a plan, a fool proof plan but he was the fool. Zachariah wasn't strong enough but he should have known that. Lucifer had discovered his intentions, laid waste to his plan in the way that only one sent to the pit could. The Morning Star had interfered, blocked his power and this was the result. Dean Winchester, Michaels vessel, was dead and with Lucifer awake there was no chance of pulling him from the Pit for a second time and now the Angels were leaving. There is hope though. The year is 2014 and the Croatoan virus has spread far and wide. Countless people have died, been taken over by the demonic germ warfare and Lucifer plies his craft worldwide. Sam said yes in Detroit but he failed to cage Lucifer. The rings were not gathered and as a result Lucifer walks free on Earth, his demons and other creatures of the night following him like loyal soldiers. The few survivors have banded together, formed a militia and fight all they can in a desperate bid to find a way of killing Lucifer for good.

Led by the Dean Winchester of the past and his lieutenants, Castiel and Crowley, the militia are barely surviving and the Angels have left. Fortunately something has changed, something big and Castiels powers are returning. Is this the end of days? Is there something more happening? Has God returned from his absence? One thing's for sure....he's not on any flat bread.
