I SEEN THE DEMONS BUT THEY DIDN'T MAKE A SOUND THEY TRIED TO REACH ME BUT I LAY UPON THE GROUND I SEEN THE PEOPLE BUT THEY DIDN'T MAKE A SOUND THEY TRIED TO REACH ME BUT I GAVE THE RUN-AROUND I REACHED FOR FEELINGS BUT THEY DIDN'T MAKE A SOUND THEY TRIED TO REACH ME BUT I LAY UPON THE GROUND SO MILES AND MILES OF SQUARES WHERE'S THE FEELING THERE? STILL NOBODY CARES FOR MILES AND MILES OF SQUARES ----------- DaydreamI FOUND 'EM SLEEPING WITH THE FLOWERS.Teodor walked into his store. A contemplative smile on his face as he surveyed the old building. He could already hear Annette laughing at him for such a waste of his money. It looked and smelled old but not in a bad way. Placing a hand on one his books he pulled it out half way. It was a copy of Grim fairytales. He breathed in the captured air. This place made him feel like he was out of bounds from the world. That it operated on its own time. Not a single clock hung on the wall. Just wall paper. Crack here and there. Like lines in some of the bindings of his books. He hadn't needed to pay a penny for many of the books. A few year's back he had started his search. Taking book's people didn't want. Along with his personal collection. It took time but he slowly began to amass a collection. Bit by bit growing in different genres but the bulk remained fiction. He wouldn't have it any other way. The other things people could learn with computers and the like. Yet fiction some of it anyway still remained encased in paper. He had heard that bookstores where a dying breed. It must have appeared foolish of him to open up another one. He refused to be influenced by this stat. Determined to hold onto the book store as long as he could. Teo truly believed it was worth it. He pushed the book back. It was time to open. He hadn't actually settled on a legit open and closing time. So the store had spastic hours. That suited him just fine. He had a bit of money to burn through before he was in trouble. The joy's of being a rich man. In all reality Teo was surprised his father gave him any money at all. He was quite the wayward son. He probably had Annette his sister to thank for that. She was by far the favorite. Not that he could balm his parents for it.Switching his sign to open he moved toward the back of the room. It was still visible by the door. It wasn't a large establishment. Instead it was homely. He sat down behind the wooden desk. His head leaning on his hand. Probably the newest invention here was the cash register. Everything else was electricity free. Well accept for the lights but that was a necessary investment. THANKS ♥
