DISTINGUISHING FEATURES:How often do you see a girl with white hair? Its obviously unique, and something she inherited from her father.
ABILITIES:
`Sleep Induction: Aisling can put people to sleep. Its as simple as that and while it seems useless she is often called upon. She can sooth IT or at least shut him down... weakness: Aisling needs to be able to sing or have physical contact with her 'victim'. If she's gagged or out of reach this power is nulled.
`Relaxation: It's nothing she does, but rather its her aura. Everywhere she goes tension just flies away and out of a room. People feel it as well, and it works best in a one on one environment. Weaknesses If Aisling is angry... this obviously doesn't work. Her own aura will turn in and do its best to calm herself. Also, if a person is bound and determined to ignore her then they can... it just takes a strong will.
'HypnosisIt takes a lot for Aisling to have someone 'under her spell'. She need to have physical contact and eye contact but once she has them in her grip she can tip the scales in her favor. weaknesses she's not able to persuade people from doing something that they weren't already contemplating. As mentioned above she needs physical and eye contact.
OVER ALL APPEARANCE:
Aisling isn't something you're likely to forget. With striking blue eyes and white hair she sticks out in a crowd. Other than her hair and eyes she is physically not all that impressive. She's a baby's innocent face with large cheeks, full lips and a quiet expression. Her ears are small, delicate and unpierced. Her body is average in every way. She's average height, average healthy weight, nothing striking about her figure... and she doesn't mind. Aisling is happy being 'normal' in some way. She wouldn't want to be striking. It would only draw more attention, attention she's not capable of dealing with.

As for clothing Aisling dresses modestly, liking A-line shirts, cardigans and oxfords. She's always well dressed... expect for when she's gardening. In the garden she's happy to wear old blue jeans, a dirty tee shirt and old sneakers. It goes without saying that she always has dirt under her finger nails, always smells like grass and normally wears a flower -a pink Dahlia- behind her ear.

+Flowers: Aisling keeps fresh flowers in her room. They just add color and nature to such a cold unnatural place.
+Tea:There is nothing better than warm tea. It just soothes the soul.
+High Places: Aisling likes to sit in trees, the tops of buildings and watch. She likes feeling like she's bigger than everyone...even though this is rarely true.
+Lavender: Its her favorite scent. Her baths are scent with lavender, her comforter is washed with lavender water
+Novels: Aisling is a fan of reading, called it escapist, call it silly, but she can sit and read all day.
+Gardens: She's been promised a garden of her very own by certain Syndicate members, promised that if she cooperates she'll be given a garden where she can spend her days and time, then she can have somewhere that she is comfortable.
+Family: While Aisling has a slightly twisted version of what family is, she is loyal to those who have always been there. She is a Syndicate member not because she agrees with world domination, but because they are her 'family'.
+History Channel: Yes, she watches TV, and when she does its History Channel. She may know that Ancient Aliens aren't real but she still gets enjoyment from it.
+Spring: The smell of spring is intoxicating! Its wet, its fresh and beautiful. If she could capture it into a perfume she would.
+Quiet: Aisling isn't a loud person, sometimes the sound of her own heart beat is just too loud for her... and whenever someone is listening to loud music she is quick to complain.
Singing: Her sleep induction requires verbal control, and what better way to to that than a lullaby? Aisling isn't particularly talented, but that doesn't mean she can't enjoy herself
+Violin: If there is one noise that Aisling enjoys its the violin. She has been playing since she was a small child. She's delicate fingers and plays it for company... since, ya know, most of the Syndicate members intimidate her.
DISLIKES:
+Loud noises: Really? Who would have thought someone with her abilities would be annoyed with loud noises?
+Broken Promises: Far too common in the Syndicate. Those who need you will promise you anything until you are used up. Aisling knows this far too well.
+Video Games: Loud and stupid. Honestly, who need them?
+Being Hypnotized: Hey, it happens. Her father had the ability of Hypnosis as well though far more powerful than she ever did. He could use it on her for little things -like cleaning her room- but she's sure he's done something that lingered beyond his death.
+Meat: Aisling is a vegan. The smell of meat makes her sick.
+Being ignored: Sadly it happens all too often
+Carnations: They're just... boring.
+Leather: its heavy, it smells and its something's skin. Ew.
+The Syndicate: Truth be told, she's no fan of her current location, bosses or family...but she knows nothing else and has this strange inkling that she's been hypnotized for loyalty.

OVERALL PERSONALITY:
Dull, quiet, thoughtful, shy, and unimpressive have all been used to describe Aisling. She's not a loud person, rather she's quiet, contemplative and submissive. It happens when you grow up around so many loud and aggressive personalities. Aisling is the type to take things laying down, she'll nod, trust people, say 'yes sir' and 'no ma'am'. She has dreams but needs approval before she'll even dream of perusing them.

In her quietude, Aisling is a deep thinker. She contemplates colors, flower arrangements, the sound of breathing... but then sometimes she has a particularly strong, or question, a negative thought about the Syndicate and then she hits a brick wall. Perhaps the walls are one reason she's so quiet and so submissive. She's... made that way. She's made to be loyal and unquestioning. Her father has twisted her mind to make her not question where she was... and he died before he could ever make her right. Aisling isn't sure if she can break the manipulation but sometimes, if she pushes really hard she can. Being vegan is her small way of rebelling, her small way of making problems... and slowly but surely she is trying to find herself.

OVERALL HISTORY:
Ashly Dani was a genius gifted with Hypnosis, he was a good man to have around, he helped out in his family shop in Dublin, keeping unnatural white hair (a byproduct of his abilities) clipped short and saying he simply went white early. He could make any sale, get any girl and manipulate any strong man. Ashly had a mean streak, he could be a bully but he was never caught, never got in trouble... he simply made other people do his dirty work. Despite the bullying, Ashly was a good man. He met his Molly at Oxford. She was studying English and Music while Ashly was studying Physics and Engineering. The two fell in love and Molly was a good influence on Ashly. He went straight, he stopped being so vengeful, the two married and moved to the United States and had a bouncing baby whom they named Aisling.

Aisling inherited her father's white hair, and her mother's smile. From a young age everyone could tell she was... different. She didn't cry, she didn't fuss, and if anything she quieted a room rather than cry until she was fed or changed. Her smile was similar to her mother's serene, calm... she had taken her mother's good nature to an uncanny level. The early years were good, Ashly worked for an engineering firm, helping to make the latest gadgets and giving early computer programmers runs for their money and Molly was a stay at home mom. Looking at pictures now the family as perfection... but when Aisling turned seven Molly was diagnosed with cancer and things... went sour.

Desperate to save his wife Ashly went to the only person he knew who could help... The Doctor and in exchange he joined the Syndicate. Aisling went with. While Molly was in a hospital bed Aisling was brought up by Syndicate members, over looked by her father and forgotten about until her mother's untimely death. Aisling was brought out of her rooms, dressed in black and finally noticed again. Her powers for calming were evident for her presence was the only thing that calmed her father's obvious rage, her powers of hypnosis obvious and so she was groomed. While her personality never grew to fit what the Syndicate wanted -she was not aggressive enough for that- she was useful and with a few tweaks of her mind -provided by an apathetic and uncaring father- she was made absolutely loyal to the Syndicate and its leaders.

While she is loyal she wasn't exactly happy. Only three years ago her father was captured by the Legends and when tried before an open court was sentenced to death for his crimes. Wile they were never close, he was all her family and he left her in a rather... odd position. At the age of Seventeen she was left as a Ward of the Syndicate with no one guardian... and at twenty she still has not found the courage to leave and become her own person. She's in her room most of the day, growing plants and soothing fights among lower ranking Syndicate members. Lately however, she has been noticed and appointed a new and rather... dangerous job.
