text text Michael is a democratic senator from the great state of New York. He was born and raised in the Upper East Side and if you want to read more about his past you can do that here. He possesses the power of persuasion and telekinesis- though he chooses to use his powers for good and helped found the Legends and secure them some government backing while he was at it.

Friends would be members of the Legends, New York's social upper crust and friends from law school (he went to Harvard). He is an outgoing and charismatic (if a little on the arrogant side) guy, but he is also very busy running for President.

Enemies are members of the Syndicate, Rogues who commit crimes and are leaning toward the side of the Syndicate, and his political rival- Andrew Kingsley.

Love...well that's a little complicated. He was with the same woman from the time he was twelve years old and she died a year ago after a harrowing battle with cancer. He also happens to be running for President and is very busy trying to legitimize the Legends even more in the eyes of the public. Needless to say, he has not put very much thought into getting back on the horse.

Sam & Michael
Senator... so I'm sure Michael know her father, Congressman Dahl, hell, they could even be political allies... or enemies, your choice. Sam is the black sheep of her family and mostly stays away from their Naussau County, political, Kennedy esque friends but she still knows them. I'd like for them to be friends and maybe even banter a little... perhaps he's the only person to even know of her power.

Add, subtract delete as you like.

Hey, New here but was looking around and thought since your character is running for president and in the area he might have meeting with police, you know show public "Hey I care about your safety and not just with the super stuff" type thing. And a seven foot cop with metal skin might be something that gets the public eye from time to time.

Well these two have been friends for awhile, Claire having been one of the original Legends. Which means he most likely knows her real identity but obviously has kept it secret for several years. She probably gives him a disapproving look when he smokes and was most likely very good friends with his late wife. That being said the death of his wife most likely affected Claire as well, and might have made her realize that her and Alex should wait to have children (especially considering her line of work).

I'm sure Claire checks in on Michael (probably a lot after his wife died) because she saw how close him and Lara were. I have a feeling that if Michael couldn't go to treatment with Lara, Claire was probably the one to go with her when she could and hold her hand. Michael might even remind her of her own father in some ways, but part of her would treat him like a kid. Like when his wife died she would make sure he's been eating enough, sleeping enough and everything like that. Also help out with Susan when he needed it. She would really care for Michael and beyond the fact that he's fighting for the Legends.

Sam & Michael
Michael loves running into Sam at events because he can joke around with her and she doesn't treat him like a sad old widow. I can see them being political allies as well. I see these two getting along VERY well and I can't wait to thread them out.

Maxwell & Michael
I think Michael has probably met Maxwell a few times and he thinks he's a good cop. Michael has probably been trying to get Maxwell to join the Legends for a while now.

Claire & Michael
Michael thinks of Claire as a member of the family and like a little sister more than anything else. I could see Lara having Claire by her side during treatments when Michael was not able to go and he is forever appreciative of that. When she starts acting all concerned over him he likes to pretend that she's just overreacting and that everything is alright because heaven forbid he actually shows any weakness.

In that sense that he doesn't want to show weakness he would remind her of her husband, which might cause her to grow fonder of him. Perhaps Lara even helped Claire with her wedding to Lex? But overall yeah I could see them thinking of each other as family.

NOAH & MICHAEL
So Noah and Michael are co founders of the legitimate
legends. Michael is the one who secured government
funding after all. Noah will consider Michael and equal
and value his opinion most. I think their banter will be
quite amusing...

Charlie and Michael: I can definitely see these two being friends despite the age difference. Perhaps he knows Charlie and he knows his superhero persona, however, he doesn't know they're one and the same. This could lead to some problems. Undoubtedly, Michael would've not only known who Charlie's father was being that he was the richest man in the world as well as the most hated, but perhaps even had a bad relationship with the man. Perhaps he tried to undermine him. I could see Michael possibly being distrusting of Charlie Carson due to the last name and the fact that no Carson's ever given someone a reason to really trust them. Though Charlie has desperately tried to cleanse his family name and is a good man. Meanwhile, in their superhero persona's I can see them getting along and what not, but perhaps he feels that Charlie is a bit too hyper-active and comedic at times. On the other hand I can also see Charlie trying to help fund Michael's campaign, being that Charlie is the richest man in the world. He could be hesitant to accept due to the Carson family's being famous for their ulterior motives.

Noah & Michael
These two are going to be so ridiculous together I can't even- asdfghjkl; Lots of banter and mutual respect.

Charlie & Michael
Michael is the person who secured government funding for the Legends, so he makes a point of knowing who is in the group- it's his baby after all. They would certainly see one another at various functions, but Michael isn't the type of person to judge someone based upon their relatives, so he would hardly condemn the kid for the sins of the father. He might think Charlie is a little hyperactive on missions, but that's mostly because Michael takes being a superhero very seriously- not that he's a stick in the mud either.

NOAH & MICHAEL
The situation with the blog has been driving
Noah crazy... literally. He barely sleeps and
has come to the conclusion that the only way
he can get Viktor to stop exposing people is
to hold a press conference and expose himself.
If he's out in the open what leverage does
Viktor have? Now, Noah won't do this without
Michael's approval so threadage soon?
