This here is Ethan Cuff, government handler for a super in the legends. If you don't feel like reading his profile, his personality is here: Ethan is an introvert, laid back, and easy going guy. This doesn't mean he's shy, simply that there's often a lot more going on under the surface. He'd much rather think and listen than to speak, and so it isn't surprising that he's the man that others can come to to talk about their problems. His introverted nature shows itself especially at work, as he'll keep the joking around to a minimum on his part so that he can focus on the job.

<p>Ethan's a workaholic who takes his job seriously and does everything he can to keep his work and public life separate from his private life. This sometimes makes him seem distant from others, but he makes certain to build a good relationship with those he works with, especially the super he's currently in charge of handling. And when it comes to his private life he doesn't like to talk about his job at all.

<p>But just because he's predominantly an introvert doesn't mean he doesn't have times when he's an extrovert. People Ethan feels close enough to call friends will get to know his more playful and talkative side. Those he plays pool with often think of him as a confident man with a sharp mind. And add alcohol into the occasion and you'll have your average fun having, bar song signing, 29 year old.

It might also help that Nate works for the District Attorney's office- another faction of the government. I picture these two getting along mainly since they have laid back personalities. Nathan would aim to impress Ethan when it comes to his heroics. He's working with some big names and doesn't want to be forgotten about from the handler. Interested in hearing if you've got any ideas. He seems like someone Nate would be in regular contact with so we should plan out some kind of relationship.</div>

I would have to agree with your thoughts! I was planning on posting on your plot page with Ethan, but since you beat me to it we'll do it here :P. I think these two would get along pretty great! And Ethan would certainly take note of all the good Nathan is doing, although most of his attention will naturally be on Serafin Zingel because she's the one he's assigned to. But I think these two could be friends when Nathan is in and out of costume because of their similarities, and they both happen to be homosexual so there's the added understanding there should they talk about that with each other. There would often be times that Ethan would encourage Nathan to be better/help him, although he'll try not to over step his bounds because Nathan has his own government handler (I forget which once, it's one of the canon's tho ^_^).

However I do like your idea of him being the one to possibly have come and brought her into the fold of the legends ^_^. He'd certainly try and encourage her to make friends with the other supers, as he doesn't think the idea of her withdrawing is a good one. Ethan would also probably give her advice/listen to her if she needs someone to talk to/help her train when he isn't busy with Serafin or other jobs he needs to handle because he's just that kind of guy. </div>
