Julia, or Jules, is a worker first, a woman second, and thirdly, a human being. No, she does not posses any inhuman powers that allow her to finish all paperwork in a matter of seconds, but she certainly got the dedication to try just that. She would first see the world crumble into the apocalypse before she would even consider quitting her job, and even then she might not go through with it. She’s still a lady however, therefore by nature loves shopping. Furthermore, she behaves properly, speaks politely, and when necessary, may fake a few thoughts and feelings. Her pet cat, Cougar, is nothing like her. He’s playful, outgoing, and a tad selfish. That’s probably why she is keeping him around, to entertain her. As a human being, Julia may seem overly stubborn without an open mind, and that may be somewhat true, but only because she simply isn’t geared for anything but professionalism. She’s great at talking to people about careers and professions, about the latest news and political disasters, but when a conversation becomes more intimate, she won’t feel so confident anymore, and may begin to stutter and blush.

FRIENDS aren’t very common in Julia’s life. To be her friend, one would need a spare tank of humor and a few extra gallons of patience, because she is not an easy person to deal with, but potentially an excellent, loyal friend. She also has a little trouble trusting those with superpowers, but she’ll rarely admit or show it openly.

ENEMIES. Oh boy. Aside from being a government agent, and therefore having all those who oppose the government as enemies, Julia may also earn a few evil glares with her bossy attitude. She means no harm, but she may at times go overboard when she really needs something done. Otherwise she’s not a bad person, so there shouldn’t be very many reasons for hating her, but who knows, there are haters everywhere.

LOVERS. Well, let me just tell you, good luck. Romance and Julia don’t exactly go into the same chemical pot. Their substances don’t react and usually end up rejecting one another. Personal conversations are hard enough for her, but flirting? Heh, you would have more luck flirting with a bobblehead. She’s open from her end, of course, but the chances of someone patient enough who she will like coming along are pretty darn low.

Michael & Julia
Michael is a super, Senator, and one of the founders of the Legends. He possesses telekinesis and the power of persuasion (though he tries not to abuse it and would never use it to get a girl). He's a bit arrogant, but he likes to joke around and probably tries to get Julia to relax a little. He calls her "Julie", "Juliette", or worse- "Orange Julius" because he thinks he's funny. Add/delete as you like.

Jimmy & Julia
Jimmy is a Legend and the resident technopath. He's also a bit of a punk and a loose cannon, so he tries to avoid her at all costs, though I'm sure she gets on his case for showing up hungover.

Curtis & Julia
Curtis works for the government as a nurse for any injured or sick Legends and he's pretty much a workaholic who is almost always down in the sick bay. His "roommate" is one of the Legends, Hank, and he is an Army vet with combat medic training. They probably don't know eachother too well now, but maybe they join forces during the attack and take out a few of the bad guys together like the badasses they are.

Aviva & Julia
Aviva is an agent and will be the handler for Cassadee Skylar when she joins the Legends. Aviva is shy and unassuming and it probably drives Julia crazy, though she's great with a gun, smart as a whip, and tenacious. Personality-wise, they could not be much more different. Avi likes kids (she even has one of her own), most of her problems have to do with the men in her life, and she's a bit of a mess. I'm open to ideas.

Yakov & Julia
Yakov is a member of the Syndicate and a member of the Russian mob. Not sure how much interaction they would have, but I'm open to ideas.

Michael & Julia
If he doesn't mind a few sharp and heavy objects flying his way from time to time for those nicknames, I'm sure they'll get along just fine, at least no physical abuse. Mostly verbal. I'm not sure how one would go about getting her to relax, but she'll most likely be hesitant to accept it, in large part due to his psychological powers. She'll definitely be impressed by his career achievement and overall personality (as long as he doesn't shove himself into an iron suit of armor and starts flying about...)

Jimmy & Julia
Hungover? That's a serious offense in her book, and she'll probably try to educate him. With her stubbornness and bossiness, she isn't likely to let this one slide easily, and since he can't manipulate her directly or fire any elements, she won't be afraid to use a little bit of force... unless he threatens to hack into her personal files and delete stuff, which will mean either instant surrender or nuclear war.

Curtis & Julia
Yeah, I don't see those interacting much except perhaps during the attack. She'll definitely want a medical expert at her side just in case. Not to mention his good looks.

Aviva & Julia
Only thing I can think of is that Julia would want to interview Aviva for her future job as a handler. She would definitely want to know how Aviva plans on going about handling the Legend and how often she plans on using that gun of hers. Otherwise Julia might try to avoid her entirely in order to avoid complicated conversations about men and children.

Jimmy & Julia
Jimmy would probably do a bit of "innocent" hacking into her files if she pissed him off and add things like "Guardian Angel stabbed a dog outside of the building while high on bath salts" or "Michael Gates smells like hamburger and sadness" just to see if she'd notice.

Curtis & Julia
I'm totally seeing a badass Syndicate fighting duo for the attack here...

Aviva & Julia
Aviva has been helping the other handlers in training exercises with supers, so she'd probably be really excited at the chance to become a handler for a new Legend. She thinks Julia is a prime example of people who "have their shit together" and feels like a failure when she's around her, so the avoiding personal conversations is mutual.

Ethan and Julia
So these two have a lot in common, they both work for the government in the super division (although Julia here is his boss), they're both workaholics, they both like reading, and they both are pretty lacking when it comes to a social life outside of work. XD if Ethan were straight they'd probably be good together. But he's not, so I'm getting a very strong friends vibe here. I could see there being an understanding between them about life and their jobs in general. Although Ethan completely understands that she's the boss at all times and would never do or say something to undermine her authority, he's a well trained government boy to say the least. Although I could see Julia being one of the few people who knows about his orientation. here's his app if you'd like to read more about him

She would definitely notice, and might sign the warrant for his arrest right then and there, maybe incarceration/execution. Their relationship will most likely end up with her acting like an angry babysitter and him having the kicks and giggles of his life.


Ethan and Julia
...and it seems they both have a tendency of biting their nails. How amazingly strange is that. With their matching personalities, she'll probably grow to regret his orientation, if he chooses to share that secret. Otherwise it might take her ages to figure it out, if she ever does, since she isn't too bright on this kind of things. Definitely perfect friends material, though with a tad of awkwardness at first. Since he's no super, or worse, a slacker, they will absolutely get along. Maybe they could get hooked during a shopping spree?

Ethan and Julia
Good friends it is for them, and a shopping spree thread works! Although Ethan says he'd also enjoy some time taking her to the shooting range XD. Since he likes to encourage all non-supers in their division to keep up their skills in this area.

lol I could see most people thinking they're in some sort of relationship that they're trying to keep on the down low, since Ethan keeps his private life and orientation so secret. And it might take a bit for Ethan to reveal that about himself, but he'd likely tell her if he heard rumors from other people about them, kind of like he's trying to reassure her that he's not saying anything like that since he's gay XD. (just an idea I thought I'd share)

Ethan and Julia
You would think two adults can spend a little time together without raising suspicions, but you're probably right. Two workaholics having "fun" is definitely a cause for alarm, and rumors spread in an office almost the same as in a high school class, so that just adds to all the awkwardness in their friendship. While Julia would secretly be glad that people no longer consider her a programmed machine, she would certainly be embarrassed, even if just a little.

As for the shooting range, that's probably a better place for them to get together. I don't really see Ethan in the Ladies' aisle of a clothing store >_> and if he is found there, she would probably think he's a perverted creeper, and thus stay away from him.
