Here's a new rule in the TOS: read it. If you can't read it, get your eyes checked so you can.

- Spam
Excessive spam will not be tolerated with. If you are caught spamming a lot you will be warned, and if you continue, you will be banned. People who join and spam to get 15 posts in order to access the skins and/or to promote their site will receive a warning and an at least 3 day suspension on the spot.
