Beta 1.04

New Features
-Instead of the mayor controlling the skips to the next day, now everyone in the server must use the "Ready For Next Day" command until 2/3's of everyone are ready. Only one vote is counted per IP address, and AFK players are not counted.
-There is now a "Who's Online" command that will give you a list of players that are currently online (and their status) in the browser.
-North of the original map, a pathway has been opened where there are 16 more farms, setting the total number of farms to 28.
-You can toggle AFK on or off, and your character will appear to be sleeping when AFK. Your character will also go automatically AFK when inactive for 2 minutes.
-Pressing space will move focus to the chat box, so you can press space whenever you want to chat.

Bugfixes
-You can no longer pay a negative amount on your debt.
-Jumping over a fence while holding something no longer makes your arms go down.
