Hi Ed,

I hope you had a happy holiday season and it really looks like I need to check this more often! In any case the Holiday season was busy and I did not play as much chess either here, in person or on Brainking as I might have liked.

I also had a week in Florida at the beginning of December, which I am remembering fondly as it is now about 9 degrees outside today! Did you do any traveling over the Holidays?

Last time we made a move in this game, Bobby was still alive. I'd like to take the opportunity to congratulate you on your fine game. I didn't realize there were tactics in the very early stage that you were able to demonstrate admirably. You kept the pressure up and I did not have a chance.
