| History: Kyle Rayner was a gifted freelance graphic artist. He lived and worked in Los Angeles. After Hal Jordan, grief-stricken over the destruction of his home town of Coast City, went on a mad rampage, killing the entire Green Lantern Corps. Rayner was found by Ganthet, the last surviving Guardian, and given the last Green Lantern power ring. Ganthet's reasons for choosing Kyle to bear the ring have never been made completely apparent, aside from Rayner having been in the right place at the right time. Kyle, unsure of what to think about having this new power, went to his ex-girlfriend's apartment, Alexandra DeWitt, showing her that he know was a Green Lantern. She decided to help him. Alexandra told Kyle he should change his costume to distinguish himself from the other Lanterns. The new look did not stop Mongul from trying to tear him apart during his first week as a Green Lantern. With some help from Superman. Kyle defeated Mongul. It took the alien warlord by surprise that Kyle's ring could work against his yellow skin. Superman was shocked when Kyle knew virtually nothing about Hal Jordan or the GLC. Kyle has moved to Gotham City where he hopes to get a job as a comic artist. His first couple of days didn't go so well. A reporter named Summer Gleason managed to find out his identity and he was forced to protect her using his powers once she did. He was injured doing the scuffle, but luckily Supergirl managed to get him to Gotham's local hospital. | | Alias: Green Lantern | | Real Name: Kyle Rayner | | Affiliation: Green Lantern Corps |

Thank you Batman, Joker, Huntress for this great honor being bestowed upon me, I'd like to thank my mom was raising me, Batman for making this place, Flash for being there when i needed football conversations, joker when i needed jokes *tears rolling down eyes* Huntress for calling me a hottie and being a great person to talk too, Summer/Ivy for throwing up on me the other day forcing me to buy new clothes......and last, but not least.....Mr. Michael Vick.....Vick I know your watching....I just want you to know that I still have faith in you man....god bless

Croc your thinking of Golden Stars, which used to award these things. Except the catch there was they awarded the worst members of the month. And in that case, Flash would have been awarded that title  Just kidding. But on a serious note.... Lets burn him!!!

No need to pretend you were sleeping with me, cause everyone knows I'm not really on staff at this place.  And if I was caught in Huntress' bed I probably still wouldn't have left.  Anyway with that seriousness aside, lets talk about the nonsense at hand. Yes you are the MoM, and you should be thanking yourself for all the hours you've dedicated to the forum, and all that jazz. But why are you really member of the month you may ask...? Is it that your great? No. Is it that your a decent RPer, with the Posting Lengh high score? Not at all.
