We Want You!

Well as I promised, as of late July and early August, Gotham will once again be revived. Thus now is the time to throw your wild ideas out for us to take a look at. As of now I'll tell you this much. There is a possibility I'll leave Batman open for someone else to apply as, and original characters may be making a comeback.

So please leave your suggestions and comments here.

The only real suggestion I can make is maybe thrive away from the cartoons. If we have originals it would be really weird...

How do you thrive away from cartoons when the whole premise of the forum is based on the DC Animated universe?

Point taken, but making originals will be hard....

Unless we use like.....Hero machine....

Who says we need avatars for every character? If a well written description is applied would that be enough? And what’s wrong with hero generator. I use that for most of my chars.

I had this idea a while back, what if we had to deal with the Justice Lords? Or something along those lines? A rip through our dimensions and they somehow figured out how to get back here. Plotted revenge on the JLU and they now are stronger than ever. Like the got their powers back, but in a stronger form? I dunno, I'm just gonna spit out ideas once they come to me. LOL

I'll try to come up with something for the titans too, I'm thinking about taking Miss Martian just to get the titans back up. =)

Hey Bats for the Avatars we should use those mini ones you showed me.....I can edit those pretty damn good to make some kick ass original characters if needed.

We also need to make sure we keep active, and try not to get each other stuck in topics. cough

Like if the had not replied for a good week or so, just send them a PM saying "We need you at Gotham Knights. Please post in your thread or we will have the need to ban you." Or something along those lines?

Well my chracter has never been in the animated universe at all, so....

So we don't get to many original characters being made and not enough canons I think it would be wise for each member to have at least 2 active canons before making their own.

Or use a comic character they can demonstrate they have a handle on.

My answer to original characters for now are just using a variety of blank templates for avatars:
