I don't think it will ever come back. NDI was finally fed up with people doing outside trading and paying cash to get more gcoins then they would going through the legit way. I guess ndoors thought taking away gifting would make it a bit harder, but it still goes on regarless. Now that Havoc and Zabu are gone, don't expect any GMs to even help you out with gifting, because none of the GMs who are still working will help you at all, probably in fear they will be fired as well. All for just trying to help the player. Sad, isn't it?
