It really started dying when they took away the primary team and started moving or firing the GMs. It was clear at that point that NDI restructured away from Goonzu.

The simple fact that this post is long and current,
and most of us who are replying to the post are (in terms compared to new players) rich in game,
shows that the game is not dead or dying.

The only people I see saying the game is not what it was, or it is dying are people who started 4 years ago. Go figure a game becoming different over a long stretch of time.

If this polling had no replies, no votes, and no one even noticed it, then it would be dead so the question answers its self.

no no, it's not really different at all. Just look at the types of updates and the support and enthusiasm there was 2 years ago vs. now.

The rich will hang around because they are rich and don't want their efforts to go to waste, however are they really playing/contributing? No, they just stick around to post on things like this once in a while cuz they are attached.

The game is now a rotting carcass of a forgotten cash cow.

Dinosaurs are passing and the new player lot has started.
Goonzu isn't dying.
It is the same every year, older wave of people saying "bleh this is old and dry"

I'll buy your stuff if you don't want it anymore. Kinda scummy right? Whatev.

Normally I'd agree, but I have it on good authority that unique logins are way way down.

I also have it on good authority that they don't have a dedicated team anymore.

So then here is a question.

Seeing that most of us here are still playing, (why else would we be reading this site)...

How do we ratify the game with what we have.

I would rather discus how to correct with what little power we have than complain why it is not what I want it to be.

Constructiveness right?
