Are dragons able to sense other dragons? Like able to sense the presence of another dragon of anytype. Since they are all techniqually siblings maybe they can sense it.. Also twlight. About the informaiton you told me never to use. Is it possible that the draong sknwo about it but they don't say anything to their companions? Like they thnk about it every so often i dunno.

Nope, I don't really think that they can sense each other. If they wanted to, they could mentally yell to see if any dragon nearby would respond (much like any human/elf/etc would yell "is anyone there?'). However, if nothing responds, they for all they truely know, no one (or dragon, rather) is there.

Nope. Dragons don't really know either. They might sometimes feel as if there's something more to them, but they don't know for sure. After all, they were born outside of the Mother Dragon's presense.

It's really up to the dragon to decide whether or not he/she wants to answer, just as it is for any person hearing a "who's there" directed at them. There's nothing especially unique. It's not as if it's a call that forces or makes a dragon want to answer.

ok...and here's a small question: could the dragon's owner hear the call too? thisway if the dragon does go to answer it he can keep the dragon quiet...

Remember, a mortal can only talk to/hear his own dragon. So if his dragon spoke, then he could hear it. He could not hear the reply. Unless, of course, both calls were actually made using vocal cords (such as a roar).
