Meli'sande walked into her new office in the DSRI. She sat at her new desk and gets ready to run her new hospital wing to care for the sick and needy. She lets out a big yawn as she stretches her arms wide, still suffering the effects of her long voyage to this new world. Her heart was racing with the excitement of meeting new people and adventuring to places she's never been before. Quickly she turns and stares out the window for a little while, admiring the great view of the landscape that epitomized the auspicious beginning of her new life.

Doctor Chanecove entered Meli'sande's office, 'Hello' she said extending an arm out to her. 'I'm Doctor Chanecove, it's a pleasure to finaly meet you. You had an impressive résumé, I trust everything is to your liking?'

Doctor Chanecove was co-head of medicine at the DSRI, the other being the head of Xenobiology Prof. Eni Dar (not here right now).

Meli'sande stood up to great her, and shake her hand, "Please call me Meli, and everything is great here! It's so beautiful, I can't wait to start helping people." she smiles, "I hope we can work together to help the people here."
