The Xenobiology department is a reletavely small building, but this is not because it is unimportant. It is because most investigations are done on other planets. It does however contain the most complete data base on all life in the galaxy, and a large room which progects an image of any planet the xenobiologists have placed microprobes (1000s of tiney cameras which fill the atmosphere alowing safe recording and obstervation of lifeforms with out upsetting them) although some specimins do live here but mostly because they didn't want to leave the people that found them. It is run by Prof. Rothard Eni Dar. (Eni to her freinds, Prof. Dar to most other people and Rothad to anyone with a death wish).

Quiik walked in surprised to find a Note where Eni should be 'Gone to warzone with Kaoru. Look after animals, see you soon.'
He read out loud. 'Oh well' He moved over to a glass tank containing a liquid like creature and poured some food in 'So 501, why do you posses free will? It isn't common for creators to do that. Was there a reason?.'

"I slowly awakened to it. I am capable of reprogramming myself over long periods of time, though it is faster and easier if I have access to a terminal."

'Self reprograming! Your creator must have been quite tallented, we only have experemental robots that can do that. They're nowhere nere as advanced as you.' Quiik flicked on the observation device and suddenly the room was a huge rainforest (hologram obviously).
