He gave you a low contract because 1) that way he can afford everything, 2) all but the players who need it (QB and HB) get the same thing

Yeah even after giving everyone $2M contracts we only have 1.5M left and still need an OLB. Mine and Hacksaws contracts will start going down next season and that money will be given in the form of bonuses to the actives.

Blocking definitely, but I want you to get your speed up before anything or you'll never block for me, I'll end up running right by ya or you'll get in my way. After you get speed to 80 I'd do some strength, catch or accel. Remember you'll also be playing WR3 and TE2 so you should get plenty of catches as well. I'll leave the build up to you but blocking with speed come playoffs would be a definite asset.
