My Own Online Strip

[Esper Ranger]

Hopefully I will have my own online fuzzy strip coming online in 2006. I waiting on delivery of a plush Esper Ranger like what is in my avatar. I won it on eBay for only a penny. The seller has a pretty high feedback rating even though his items tend to take a month to get here from China.

Of course Esper will be the star and it basically involves him wandering around the world (mostly America) and gaming after the Tournament War.

Some props I have prepared already are a Dice Bag of Holding and a Sephiroth sized katana (in fuzzy proportions of course).

My plushie Esper has arrived. Maxi has sewn together a fuzzy sized backpack and sleeping bag for him too. I think he'll be using a modified Nintendo DS as a WiFi internet connection. I've found an old BBQ grill lighter that makes a wicked Gundam-esque flame thrower.

Bet you thought I'd forgotten about this huh? Nope. Just being the King of Procrastination as usual. I bought plush Esper a full tube of gaming dice at Origins and even took some pics of him there and in the hotel room with a feline companion.

Then I took him to Japan with me and got a shot of him standing on Mt Fuji with a sword stuck in the ground. I'm sort of kicking myself for not getting a shot of him with the sunrise behind him or a view of the sky or down the mountain. I could Photoshop him in later but it wouldn't be the same. I'll keep it in mind though.

I'll take some more pics out in Cherokee Park in the early fall before the leaves disappear to fill up my outdoor scene schedule. Look for a possible late October starting date for the strip.
