Making His Rounds And Thinking, anyone

Blade was walking down the streets making his rounds and keeping an eye out for trouble. " I wonder how Shiori is doing. I feel bad for lieing to her but she need someone to be there for her." Blade thought to himself.

Christian was walking along the street; his appearance was that of a normal human male.
Yet within him, shark blood ran through his veins, as well as the fact he had fangs and a retractable dorsel fin.

His thoughts were currently split into two; one was worried about Lila..while the other was thinking about the chimera's..his friends, back at Lab 5.
He then looked up as he saw another man walking his way, and just seemed to nod a 'hello' to him.

Blade nodded back and lite a cigarette and then stopped and turned around. " Are you new around here?" Blade asked not recoginzining the man. He walked up to the man and started looking at his face.

(( Just to say, I sometimes switch from calling Jaws by his nickname and his real name which is Christian ^^; ))

" Kind of.. " came Christian's reply, although he did a small little smile and shrugged.
" I guess you could say I haven't quite seen all of Central before" he said with a nervous little laugh.
" I ...I used to be in with the military"

" Really 1st LT. Blade at your serivce." Blade replied blowing the smoke out of his mouth. He kept looking at the man. " What was your rank?" Blade asked trying to find out more about the man.

The shark man chimera looked up thoughtfully for a while, just what had his rank been before that freak of a scientist; Hunton went and turned Christian..along with his team-mates Lillian and Travis, into experiments?

" I think it was Second Lieutenant..but I'm not positive" he finally replied.

" Ah I see why aren't you with the miliatry anymore?" Blade asked as he puffed on his cigarette. " I wonder what Shiori is doing right now probily working. Why can't I get her off my mind?" Blade thought to himself while he waited for a reply.

Now how was he going to answer *this* question.. he knew that he couldn't just blurt out the truth that he was in fact a chimera.. he imagined such thing wouldn't go down well with others.

" E-heh I just didn't feel like working for the State anymore I guess.. found it to be too stressful.." he replied, grinning nervously; if anything..the only stressful thing he'd ever found was the transformation.

" What is the nervous smile for?" Blade asked as he finished his cigarette and put it out. He looked at the man with a stern look not trusting him now but with the how humoncui thing he really didn't trust anyone.

" It's just bringing back old memories that's all.." Christian paused to look around before looking back to Blade.
" I've heard that quite a lot of stuff's been going on around here in the recent months or so..e-heh although the only thing I could tell you is that Dr. Samuel Hunton of Labotory Five seems to of gone missing.."

" I haven't heard anything about it." Blade said as he lead up against the wall.

[Kitanna]

" Ahh, it doesn't really matter.. I'm sure the Doc had a good reason to disappear off to wherever.." Jaws looked out across the street and frowned slightly.
" I did however catch news of Homunculi... know anything about them?" he asked casually.

Jaws was curious about these beings, supposedly they had been at Lab 5 a while ago..but when Jaws, Travis, Tigerlily and Lila were there..there'd never seen them.

The sound of the word made his skin crawl. " They are failed human transmoutaions and I don't think we should talk about this here." Blade said looking around. " Come with me we can talk in private at my house." Blade said as he headed toward his house.

Jaws seemed to look a little puzzled at that but just nodded in response.
" Alright then.." he replied as he started to follow Blade towards the man-in- question's house.

Blade lite another cigarette as they walked for awhile. After a few minutes they showed up at his house. " Well this is it. It will be safe to talk inside." Blade said unlocking the door and walking inside.
